The ladies behind the counter are wonderful and the coffee selection is impressive. Don't forget to try their Amish baked goods!

This keeps them busy and in a specific area while you eat. The food was really good, I especially liked the French Toast that I got. My wife thought the crepe was ok, maybe could use more stuff in it (stuffing? lol. It was steak). Service was very friendly and food came out at a reasonable time. There is an upstairs which has some fun seating and there is a ton to look at while you eat which was entertaining.

They definitely have crepes mastered! They are so delicious and fresh. The crepes places we have in California don't get this gourmet. The pouched pear crepe has gold luster!!! Get the lavender lemonade and Ryan's Tiramisu Tea, you won't be disappointed. Lastly, the staff/service was superb. So sweet and attentive - the person making our drinks (Ryan) was giving us great recommendations of places to visit. I'm looking forward to coming back when I'm in town!!! I want to try everything on the menu.

Small modern coffee shop with friendly servers and good ambience for relaxing. Seating was a mix of…read moreoutrageously padded upholstered booths that looked really comfy, commercial tables and chairs, and a lounging area with upholstered chairs around small tables. Music was generic country, played softly. A few religious plaques on the wall but thankfully subtle and not in-your-face. I wasn't hanging around, just came in for a coffee and a snack. The drip coffee was very good, and I drink it black so any flaws would be obvious. They do their own roasting and I considered a bag but it was rather expensive and I didn't really need any. The donut was the yeast dough type, covered on the top with chocolate and on the bottom with a sugar glaze. Size was smallish, just right. And cheap at $1.66. I liked the double glazing concept. The crackling, shiny glaze gave it somewhat of an old fashioned feel to it. Quite good, as was the fruit danish I had later. Curiously the donut appeared almost hexagonal, not round. I thought it might be a fluke but the others in the case had a similar appearance. I've never seen that before. Isn't it easier to make them round? I would have liked to see a bigger pastry selection (brownies, cookies, croissants) but maybe it was late and they ran out? Breakfast sandwiches also available. Another customer, on the nerdy side, asked the counter person in a nerdy voice what a cordato with extra water is called. I thought they'd look at him like he was from Mars but no. They didn't know either but proceeded to make his drink. For amusement I googled the question and couldn't find an answer and I told him. I hope he liked his drink. The unisex single stall bathroom was so bright, clean, and beautiful I took a photo (see).

Top Notch Small Town Coffee Shop!…read more I discovered HOS Coffee in July 2023 while in the Carrollton area for business. This is now my go-to for coffee and lunch when I'm in the area. At the time, I thought my only options for early morning coffee were McDonald's. I'm so glad I found this Coffee spot, as they have a great selection of drip coffees, Latte, espresso-based drinks, locally made pastries, sandwiches, and other items. The staff are always friendly and attentive and they make our drinks as fast as they can. There are always at least two people working behind the counter whenever I go there for coffee. If you are in the Carrollton area, this is the best place around for coffee. They now open even earlier in the morning.
