The service was great and we were greeted warmly. It was really cold outside and we had just walked several blocks in a light rain only to find the bookstore we were heading to was closed. So we turned around and came back, but stopped in here before returning to the car for a hot drink. Following the SE Indiana Coffee Trail, we stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon for a light lunch and of course some great coffee. Loved this shop, such a nice vibe and good location. My wife and I both had their breakfast bagels sandwiches. Very good, absolutely no complaints. I enjoyed my honey bee latte, and my wife liked her mocha also. read more

Super chill and unique coffee shop, offering small bites, Rishi teas and coffee. Sunergos coffee is their daily brew. There is plenty of space with several tables for small gatherings. They have local artwork on the walls for sale, as well as some old and new vinyls. Near the ordering counter, they also have some stationary items, such as colorful fine tip pens, various papers and notecards, and stickers. This is a very friendly place. The regular barista has gotten to know me. All it takes is a yes gesture and she makes my usual. It is always great. I occasionally have a muffin. They are fresh and priced right. There seems to be a number of business deals that take place here. read more

I'm not going to lie, when I first walked in, and I was hesitant that it would be good coffee. I am a cold brew kinda gal. I have to say honestly this was the very best cold brew I have ever tasted. I have tried a lot, and I mean a lot of iced coffee and cold brews, and this one was the absolute best! I wish I could've brought some back to Indy. Analog is such a fun cafe! I loved the fun, funky space and cozy atmosphere. It's also a record shop, which was really appealing to the musician in me. The staff was friendly, especially Avian. The ability to customize your coffee was a lot of fun. They have an awesome breakfast melt that is big enough to share if you don't like to eat a huge meal at breakfast. I wanted to make sure to give some yelp love to Crafted Coffee! I can't believe there are so few reviews. My husband and I are so glad that we found this gem in Madison. To us, it is the superior coffee shop in town and we always make a point to stop by when we visit. The atmosphere is cute and comfortable and the coffee is amazing. We are used to drinking great coffee in Indy and this shop would fit right in at home. The seasonal lattes are balanced well, so I can enjoy the flavor without too much sweetness. The plain coffee and lattes are great quality too. They also have a nice gift selection, including cute shirts, stationary, plants, and bagged coffee. We haven't tried anything off of the food menu yet, but it looks like they have tasty and healthy options, including gluten free items. read more

Employees are friendly and the menu is creative. Staff don't care if you linger a bit- we played several rounds of Sushi Go (from the game shelf) as we sipped our drinks. I give a lot of my money to local coffee shops. I don't live in Madison. My mom and I drive in from Louisville to enjoy this town, maybe once or twice a year. Last time we were here, I loved this place. I was really looking forward to coming back. Well. The barista, who seemed like she may have been a manager, was a total b!tch the entire time we were there--to her team, to other guests, and to me. As soon I walked in, I could feel the tension. I ordered a drink they had posted on their social media two days prior. She seemed put out that I asked for it. If you don't want to make something, don't f-ing advertise it. Simple. My order sat on the back counter for upwards of 30 minutes. Several other guests came and went during that time, while I obviously stood there waiting for...something. When she did acknowledge me and then make my drink, it was done sharply with a half-assed "sorry for your wait." Seemed that they had been very busy all day--but not by the time we were there. Busy or not, and even if you're stressed, it doesn't justify that level of rude+angry. People have bad days, I get it. Service industry jobs can be hard, I know. I've worked in customer service and hospitality for 12 years. But the energy of the place was uncomfortable. To say I am disappointed in this experience is an understatement. I am not sure that we will return. Too bad--I love supporting small business and I had told a lot of people about this place. Why should I spend $$ and tip 20% for coffee that's gonna piss off the people who I'm buying it from? Better spent elsewhere, I suppose. read more

I've been to every coffee shop in Madison, and this is my favorite! I keep coming back! The pastries are always magical, don't know what the deal is with who makes them, but keep 'em coming! I was telling the barista I wanted something new, but I'm not into super sweet coffee drinks. They recommended their Bluegrass Latte: espresso with caramel bourbon syrup! Said it's not overly sweet. I got it and LOVED IT. Got it iced this time, but can't wait to try it hot the next time I get to make it over to Madison! Oh! PS: my friend was meeting me there and I told her I saw a honey latte while inside and thought of her, cause that's right up her alley! She ran in and got it and it blew her mind! This was our first stop on our trip to the historic town of Madison, IN. I ordered a coffee and my husband a sandwich. We enjoyed not only the food and drink but the atmosphere of this corner gem on Main Street. We liked it so much that we returned with friends on Saturday for lunch. There was a vendor outside selling small batch ice cream. We had observed the ice cream being brought into the store the night previous and had been looking forward to indulging. It did not disappoint, neither did the Mozza Bomb sandwich from Crafted Coffee. Our friends said the coffee cake was the best they have ever had!
