Brought my Luminox watch for battery replacement t a few months back and had a really nice conversation with the owner an older gentleman who was very familiar with watches and a very nice friendly guy. We spoke about another watch I had a Bulova which the second hand when reset would be about 3 seconds past the 12 o'clock marking and he told me to try and reset it with his directions. Battery replacement took about 15 minutes and was done. I recommend this place for any type of watch repairs whether battery or self winding. read more

What a find! Had my vintage Movado serviced today and they cleaned out some leaking from the battery, and got it working again. Expert service, such a rarity today! I overheard one of their technicians giving a customer lots of information regarding his watch, very knowledgeable and helpful. Satisfied with my first experience at Swiss Watch. Just needed to get a new battery for a Movado. Service was good, the sales rep was welcoming and knowledgable. This is the only certified watch repair and servicing center that I know of nearby that handles high end watches. You definitely don't want to replace your watch battery anywhere. Here, pressure testing is done with battery service and costs about $37. It takes about 15 minutes for this. During your battery service they let you know if you need further servicing. Luckily we didn't need it yet. When we do it'll cost us. This is high end servicing with high end pricing. This is what you can expect when owning a high end watch. I'd rather come here than risk it elsewhere. read more

IF I COULD GIVE A -10 I would have!! I took my watch there August of 2022, I made numerous attempts to find out what's going on. I finally got in touch January of 2023. She said good news your parts are here, should be done in a couple of weeks. I made numerous calls again. They never return calls, I got a hold of someone April 10th and tell them how poor their service is. His excuse was we have over a 1000 watches in here, I told him then you should take anymore business until your caught up. Today April 19th 2023 without my consent or seeing my watch they charge my credit card. I will never EVER use this place again. They still haven't called to let me know my watch is ready. read more

I have used the SWSG for a battery change and for an estimate on some watch repairs. The battery change was done quickly and professionally -- the right way, with pressure testing. I made the mistake of having my swiss watch battery replaced at a "jewelry store." I wound up with water intrusion -- leading me to need the repair estimate mentioned above! Never again... So I'm driving south on US 19 to drop my rare Tag Heuer watch off at Big Box Jewelry Store. It hasn't been keeping time well, and BBJS is going to ship it off to Tag Heuer for service. I stop for the light at Enterprise Road and happen to glance off to my right. I catch a glimpse of a sign that reads, Swiss Watch Service Group. What can it hurt?, I wonder. I walk in to the foyer and look around. It has the feel of the "by appointment only" jewelers the watch was originally purchased at. I'm starting to think, "This is going to hurt." I am greeted warmly by a woman, and we discuss my problem. My trepidation passed almost immediately, so I left the watch for repair. This watch had literally not been off my wrist since late 1997. Time and the elements had worn it down just a little bit. The following day SWSG contacted me as promised to discuss what was needed. I'm not going to tell you it was cheap. It wasn't. But it was less than BBJS quoted far a basic Tag Heuer overhaul, so I told them to proceed. When they contacted me to pick up my watch, (also at the time promised) I was glad to be getting my old friend back. Not only did they repair and replace the items needed, they polished and restored the case and band as well. I had to ask, "Okay, what did you do with my watch?" After 14 years, I hadn't realized just how old my watch had gotten. These guys are great! If your watch is worth fixing, then these are the guys to fix it! read more

My story. Brought a Rolex Submariner and a gold family hierloom ladies watch for repairs., Quote was ($ !800 for the ROLEX - $1300 FOR REPAIRS AND $500 FOR COSMETICS ) and ($500 FOR A MOVEMENT CHANGE (?) and COSMETICS.) My local jeweler did the repairs on the Rolex and the repairs/cosmetics on the ladies watch for $420 TOTAL. End of story. SUGGESTION Get second and third quotes BEFORE using this group. read more

I took my 13 year old Rolex Submariner to Terry at SWSG for a full service and repair of a broken rotor pivot. I received the watch brand new and I had not had it serviced prior to bringing it in. On intake, I was asked several questions about the watch's history and any known issues. They were also careful to take inventory of any existing cosmetic blemishes. Within a couple of working days, I received a call form Terry to go over what was needed, what was optional and what the cost of everything was individually. I was also a bit hesitant to have the case and bracelet polished, but he assured me that I would not lose any of the crisp edges and it would not appear to be "melted" after he was through. Great experience summarized shortly, Terry and his team did a fantastic job in an extremely timely manner. The watch looks much better, but not "new", which is what I wanted. It still retains some of my character and battle scars. SWSG is probably not the least expensive (and I'm certain not the most), but the value of the confidence in a professional executing his craft on my expensive timepiece is there for me. I have an Ebel watch that my husband gave me about 20 years ago. They have serviced it and cleaned it up many times over the years. They are pros and certified to repair for my Ebel watch. Yes they are expensive but well worth it for my high end watch with sentimental value! Their hours present a challenge if you work as they are not "just down the street" for me and not open on Saturday or Sunday which is why I gave four instead of five stars. But for Customer Service they are a six in my book! read more

I have a very unsatisfactory experience with this company. I would call them untrustworthy and deceitful. I sent my grandfather's heirloom gold Omega watch to them in July 2020. They still have not returned it to me. They also charged my credit card more than $200 to fix it. It is almost a year later and I still do not have the watch. For awhile, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic. Nearly a year later, I have lost my patience. They do not return phone calls. By happenstance, the owner, Terry, once picked up the phone. He was not familiar with the watch until I explained it to him. I began to wonder if he had the watch in his possession. He assured me he did. After a series of recent daily phone calls more than a month ago, Terry returned my call with a voicemail. He said that two restorers rejected the watch. He said the watch was in the possession of a third restorer who was going to fix it. Terry said he told the third restorer to make my watch a priority. The watch has tremendous intrinsic and sentimental value. I want the watch back fixed or returned to me unrepaired and reimbursed for $200+ I paid them. It's been a year. Time is up. read more

I was referred to Terry at Swiss Watch Service Group and was glad I stopped and dropped off some watches. When I first pulled into the plaza I headed for the big Omega sigh but that was a Karate school so after feeling a little foolish I then scanned around and saw their sign. It does have an appointment-only look from the outside but after stepping in I was greeted promptly and made to feel very comfortable. I had an old Heuer dive watch that needed some TLC and a battery. I had also been looking for a new strap but had not seen anything reasonably priced that got my attention until this visit. My Aquaracer had been dropped on a granite counter top and the crystal had lost that battle, it also needed a new battery and because it had been on my wrist for many a year also needed a little work to brighten things up. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars more than my final bill and was very happy with the work so I'm a fan. The turnaround time was a couple of days longer than I expected but I had not asked for express service and I could see they had a constant supply of work so I guess they must be looking after many others as well as myself. I too would recommend their services without hesitation. read more

I had Terry and his watchmakers service a Rolex President I bought on ebay and a vintage Omega Seamaster 300 I have had since 1970. The Rolex came back almost as accurate as a digital and it is 12 years old. They did a masterful job on both. I recently brought in a Rolex ladies datejust also bought off ebay. I was prepared to pay for cleaning if needed but was told that the watch was basically never worn, had no wear, and did not need service. Thus no charge. What was important to me and may be to you is that Terry has an account with Rolex and buys parts directly from them. This is not the case with many competent jewelers who sevice Rolex but are not permitted to buy directly from Rolex. They must buy parts from a third party which may or may not be counterfeit. I learned about this because the President I brought in had a counterfeit crystal, albeit excellent, installed by the very reputable Houston jeweler I bought it from. read more
