Of course, no one arrived at my house in the window that was scheduled. I placed a call to the company as the arrival window was closing and left a message being that one no answered the phone. I eventually received a return call after the arrival window had officially ended, stating the repair person was going to be late (No Sh*t, Sherlock!). However, I am not writing this negative review due to them not showing up; I am writing this review based on the horrible attitude of the person calling me on THIER missed appointment (I believe her name is Danielle). I can tell in her voice from the start, the whole situation sounded as an annoyance to her, and her time could not be wasted on my frustration that they had wasted my time (rather ironic). This is not how you treat customers, and unfortunately, this is what one runs into much too often in the home repair industry. I will be happily updating this review to provide the name of a reputable home repair company once I find one, so others reading this have the option to call them instead!

Very fair and reasonable prices, very accommodating to work with, and they do excellent quality work (in fact fixing things once and for all that others charged my high prices for but couldn't address completely). They picked up my tractor and dropped it off. They have a great bed side manner and when they give you an estimate of timing to do the work, they do what they say they are going to do. Excellent!

I was met with a rude tech who came to my house, opened the freezer a few times & said he thinks it's the control board. At no point did the tech pull the fridge out of its cubby, at no point did the tech inspect the fan or wire harness for the freezer, at no point did the tech even look at the control board which he claimed needed replacing, all he did was open my freezer & confirm what I already knew (that it wasn't getting cold) he said he would see if the control board was still available/discontinued & would follow up. They called this morning to let me know the part was no longer available & nothing could be done. I paid $100+ for absolutely nothing, AAA appliance should have taken my model number over the phone when I had first called for service and tried providing it, had they done this they could have come to the same conclusion (parts not available) without scheduling a tech. Beware consumers, this companies schtick is making money off of "diagnostic inspections" which in my instance should've been avoided as it was completely unnecessary due to unavailability of parts.

Jon answered the phone promptly and asked several questions. He then said he would make a home service call within the hour to evaluate the problem. He arrived at within thirty minutes and quickly assessed that the cooling coils were iced and frozen. He gave us instructions to de-ice the coils by powering off the refrigerator for 24 hours, keeping the doors and drawer open, restoring the power and readjusting the temperature controls after 24 had passed. He further noted that should this process not work, he would return within thirty days at no additional service cost to reevaluate the cause of the problem. We are pleased that the procedure as described worked and the refrigerator is working perfectly. Very poor installation and service. They had to come out multiple times to dig the trench to the…read moregas lines because they didn't send qualified staff. Electrician they contracted with wound up messing up our houses electrical system (power was flickering on and off after they left). Messed up my $1400 worth of rebates with Kohler, promised to rectify and ghosted me. Owner refused to pitch in half of rebate from Kohler (per Kohler's proposal to rectify), so I was screwed out of a $700 extended warranty, and $700 cash back. Also has to call multiple times over the installation to get this completed (i.e: no shows, and lack of coordination with propane company). Their "fixing the lawn" after installation was basically sending a low-level person, who showed up, threw grass seed over the non-raked lawn (yes they didn't even pick up the rocks), and left within 15 mins (See photos)
