Since my first visit in 2019, I have always received a warm welcome when coming through the door and have always found the salon to be impeccably clean and organized. It says a lot that many of the stylists are some that I saw on my first visit. Jackie continues to work her miracles with my hair, never wavering when I get a wild hair (pun intended) to try something new. She always listens carefully to my comments and offers her professional suggestions. I have never, in 7 years, left dissatisfied. I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived due to the relaxed, fun, down-to-earth stylists and engaging environment. Thank you, Salon 20/20 for your incredible talent!!

And then I spent a few minutes picking out a scent for my neck massage - that's right, you get an amazing neck massage with your hair cut! Then I met my new stylist Morgan. What a sweetheart. She totally listened to what I want, as I was doing a big cut of about 8 inches. Of course, doing a big cut you get a little nervous but Morgan put me at ease. Then you get an amazing hair wash - with even a hand massage while you get your hair washed. I loved the eye mask, perfect touch. Then Morgan got started with my cut. After being with a stylist for 20+ years I have been on a journey to find another trusted person. X Booking with Lucas is incredibly easy. His online site clearly states pricing, cancellation policies, dates and open times. You will need to include a credit card at time of booking. Communication is automated and frequent, both confirming and reminding you of the appointment. Lucas is inside the Sola Salon off Hurstbourne, next to Liquor Barn. There's plenty of parking for the various shops and restaurants. He was ready for me upon arrival. I appreciated his questions and active listening about the concerns I had for my haircut. I'm fairly low maintenance but too much layering due to thinning my hair had been an issue. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and continues to be this week after the cut. I have no hesitation to reschedule with Lucas or to recommend him. In fact, already concerned taking my teen to visit.

It is a very nice, clean, bright salon with friendly stylists. Taylor is the only stylist who installs the tinsel. She did an excellent job with the tinsel and the my new hairdo. I had not had my hair cut for some time and needed a fresh look. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she delivered. Taylor thinned my hair and cut off at least 6 to 8 inches. I love the layers and that I don't have to curl my hair every time. It will still look good straight. Located in a strip mall there's ample parking.

The ladies at the front desk made arrangements for me, including placing my technician in a corner room so that I didn't disrupt anyone else's appointment. My skin and experience was treated with great care. I was relaxed during the treatment, during and after. The hot towels were as wonderful as the cold balls that help tone down redness. Something she put on my face kept increasing in pain and had to insist removing which she took her several minutes to remove. My face had dark patches on both sides of my face. She massage my arm at full power and my arm hurt for a month. Pain started on my forearm then the elbow and one finger. I have had several massages and none of them were this rough and painful. Immediate care gave instructions and medication to treat my issues. Didn't wash my face with soap for weeks and only used Vaseline on it to heal it. My patches slowly pilled away. So no more visits here ever again.
