They have their own parking! That is a huge deal for me going to Boulder. We were welcomed in and given our robes, towels and slippers. All we had to bring was our swim suits. They went over the locker room, lockers, spa area and when each of us needed to be outside the massage room before our respective appointments. My daughter got deep tissue massage, my friend and I both got Swedish. Randy was my massage therapist. He was great! I would request him again. I felt like jell-o by the time I was done. The spa area had a rainforest shower, cold plunge pools, sauna, steam room, hot tub and salt room. I started with the rainforest shower. I had never been in a salt room, so that was a must try. There was a button to call a staff member to turn on the mechanism for the room. Not sure what it did, but I could taste the salt in the air when I entered. The light through the salt blocks was quite relaxing. After that my friend and I sat in the hot tub until it was time for us to have our massages. We all were quite relaxed when we were done. My experience has been 90% good, except for the light situation. The staff has shifted quite a bit and my last experience made me not want to go back. I hardly ever write reviews, because I do not believe that one bad experience should taint a business for bad service, but when the business is not willing to serve the customer, that's where I draw the line. I waited for the bed to heat up, and waited.... I thought at some point it was getting hotter but it cooled off again. Time was up and I did not sweat. When I told the young girl, she said "sorry, the beds act funny some times" to which I said, "can I please get a re-do, given that I paid for a session and the bed did not work?" The answer surprised me. "We don't do re-dos. sorry. You can ask for a different room next time" Wait, what???? so you want me to pay for a service I did not receive and be ok with that? All I want is for the business to make it right. To give me a pass so I can get what I paid for. Instead, they have a VERY unhappy customer who is now taking the time to write something bad about their customer service when I could have easily written "They took good care of me when the bed didn't heat up" How hard would that have been? I will take that pass, if you would like to improve your customer service. I would come back here and correct my review if that happens. If not, I cannot recommend this business because the bed will be hit and miss and the one that would lose is the customer.

Other bonuses include convenient access to several bus lines and a Whole Foods as well as pilates reformer machines, though I've yet to try those. If there's a better deal for a gym in Boulder, I've not found it yet.

The employee I spoke with not only didn't know how to do it, but also seemed to have little interest in problem solving himself or finding someone who did. It was a small request, but it reflected a larger lack of engagement and customer service...and work ethic To be fair, there were some positives. I worked with a personal trainer for a few months and had a very good experience. The trainer was professional, knowledgeable, and one of the highlights of my membership. Unfortunately, my biggest frustration has been with customer service and communication. Crunch still owes me money, and despite multiple emails and attempts to resolve the issue, I have received little to no response. I have spent far too much time and energy trying to recover funds that should have been returned long ago. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. I had considered rejoining when I return to Boulder this August, but this experience has left me questioning whether member loyalty and customer satisfaction are truly valued. Problems happen in any business, but ignoring customers when those problems arise is what ultimately damages trust. I have also attempted to contact Crunch corporate for assistance. Unfortunately, the phone number provided directs callers to a message stating that it is not monitored. Combined with the lack of response from the local club, this has left me with no clear avenue for resolving what should be a straightforward customer service issue. And a huge frisbee golf course! South, you get a large lake full of nature. I love the pathways around the area. There's a ton of birds, I've seen Comorant there! The lakes provide a beautiful mirror reflection of Bear Peak and Green Mtn. It's quite stunning on a still day, even better for a sunrise or sunset. It's a very level path and paved around. A beautiful bridge compliments the scene. This is definitely a hidden gem in Boulder!
