So I just confirmed that TRULY NOLEN is not the issue. The issue is with their manager Terry Willis. His interpretation of the word WARRANTY does not conform with the English dictionary or what we all understand by this definition. His take is that if they need to retreat, that it is unheard of to retreat 3 or more times. To fulfill their warranty obligation, they only need to retreat, fixing the issue is not his concern, Just only to satisfy the warranty. So it matters not if they use talcom powder, once they treat it, his obligation is fulfilled. Now that the warranty period is over ; he just want to be paid for another year regardless of if the issue is fixed. Real treasure to speak with. Find yourself a good wall and speak to it. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but I need to warn others not to hire this company. Last year, I discovered that there were termites in the wooden structure that covers the ceiling of my house and called them. They said it was a specific type of termite called subterranean and that they would need to fumigate the entire floor around my house as well as the upper part. The poison was supposed to eliminate all activity under the house and also in the addict and areas above. A week later, I called a contractor to replace the wood, and all the termites were still alive. I had to beg them to come back, and they only did so after I threatened to sue them. They convinced me to sign a contract stating that my house would be inspected once a year at no additional cost if the termites came back. They charged me the annual fee and came for the inspection, and to my surprise, they told me there were termites in my house but that the contract didn't cover that type of termite. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The branch manager is a crook. I paid a renewal invoice in May. I had to call them for an annual inspection months later. They called the next day to tell me that because I had active termites they could not renew. I still have not received a refund of the renewal fee. A couple of years ago, they repeatedly promised to inspect the roof. After a year had passed, I had the roof replaced. The roofer told me that there was significant termite activity in the old roof. DO NOT USE! Not the first time, but I had an annual termite inspection scheduled from 2 to 4 pm. No contact from the company, I called them at 2.30. They called their inspector, Andrea, who didn't answer their call, they left a message for her to call me, she never did. I called back at 3.55 - where is she? - they called her, again she didn't answer their call so they couldn't tell me when or if she would show up. At 4.15 I got a call from another employee who said he would do the inspection. He showed up, took 5 minutes to inspect a 3300 ft2 house, then popped his head in the attic, didn't go in even though that's where the termites have been, and said he was done. I told him that wasn't acceptable, he showed me the pictures he took of the attic and I said what about the other 3000 ft2? Oh, his ladder wasn't tall enough so he couldn't go in to check. Disgusted with their service I kicked him out of the house, called their office, got ANOTHER run-around, hung up on them. I emailed their main office, no response, no response from local management either. Apparently they think it's fine to have you wait around for hours, not tell you when or if they're going to show up, then they send an employee who claims he doesn't have the equipment to do a proper job. I originally went with truly Nolan because you didn't have to pay each time someone came out to your house, good thing as I would be broke now. After over a year, my problem which should have been fixed in a few weeks is still not fixed. The original large fee is for them to secure your house which after a year later is still not complete. Customer service can't seem to help, the quality assurance manager has not been able to help and the manager of the pompano location is also unable to help. We have had OVER 35 rats that have been caught in the house, and 10 of them were killed by me. The team at truly Nolan told me that it wasn't rats but squirrels inside and tried to tell me I don't have a problem and I have the roaches "because it's rainy season". Over a year later, I have wasted $600, I still have rats, I have more roaches than ever, I've now got a water damage problem because the rats have chewed through some of the plastic piping from my dishwasher and the team at truly Nolan has missed my last three appointments with no call at all. Each time I call I'm told that either the rep or a manager will call me back, I'm still waiting though. Disappointed. As I paying customer I advise anyone reading this to go somewhere else for your rodent and pest control services as this team clearly cannot handle the job. Truly Nolen is reliable and they follow their business plan. But, their business plan stinks. I had signed up for Total Termite Protection. I thought I was protected against termites. WRONG! One day I found evidence of termites. The termite man had missed it. A few days later they came back to treat the infected area. They injected some substance into the walls where the termites were found. This scenario repeated itself several times. They kept injecting substances into the walls and I had more and more termites. I read the information about termite protection and learned that total fumigation was what should have been done the first time termites were spotted. I requested fumigation. There was an addendum to the Total Termite Protection plan that said that I was responsible for 40% of the cost of the fumigation. In the meantime, I investigated other termite protection plans and found that all recommended fumigation upon the first evidence of termites. Their costs for fumigation were one third the costs of Truly Nolan, even with the 40% reduction that I was to have received as a result of being a long term customer and read more

Very disappointed with this company. Found termites in my home on Memorial Day, so my husband took Friday off, so their tech could come out an inspect. He stood there scratching his head and did not even go in my attic to see if he could find the termites and suggested no treatment needed. I called on that same day asking to speak with a manager and no one called me back. I called again Wednesday the following week and I did receive a call back from John the manager. I"ve used this company to tent my house in 2015 and again in 2017 they treated my house when we found subterranean termites in my den and now I have them again just 8 months later. They are horrible at coming when they say they'll come, kept forgetting things and had to return the next day and obviously didn't get rid of the termites. I called them today to return because of new evidence of termites but because it's under their warranty it's not a priority so they can't come until next week. I've had a Truly Nolen service contract since 2014, uninterrupted. This year I tried to schedule an appointment for a month and on more than 4 occasions they said they would call me back, no one did, when I was able to speak to them ,they assigned a service date, no one showed up or call. When I called back to re-schedule they told me that my contract expired 5 days ago and had to renew it in order to get the service. What??? I've been calling while I was still under contract and they just didn't care to service me. Their solution was that I had to renew my contract to get such service done or "we needed to part ways" according to Jonathan, the manager. Buyer beware ! I called to get a price for yard service. The woman who came thought she was coming for inside pests. We went outside she assured me they could spray for chinch big and weeds. Also told me I could cancel at any time. I paid for the first two sprays. When the man cam out to spray he told me it would not kill the weeds. She had told me to water, he said not to. He did not show for the second spray when he was suppose to ( which I had been told was extremely important) had to call to get him out. I ended up having to re-sod. I called to cancel service. I know it's silly but I called them because of the mouse car thinking they were really pros at eliminating rodents. Aiden came out to assess the rat problem in 2 of my apartments (I mange a 16 unit building) He walked all around and could not find a point of entry. He had no ladder or even a screwdriver. He called for backup and another man brought a ladder and went on the roof. Couldn't find anything. He said they would start setting traps (now I had been doing this for weeks and catching plenty but they just kept coming). They had no new ideas but I was going to give them a try. The resident called me that night and complained that the vent cover was left off in the bathroom and rats were getting in. The worst service provider and customer service that I have ever encountered while wasting my hard earned money on this scamming company. After numerous phone calls from me starting on 7/10/2014, to their office at 954-946-2700 and speaking with Karen Mondesier, who is supposed to be the Administrator for this local office, I encountered lie after lie told to me by her when requesting actual dates during which services were performed at my rental unit. This supposed Administrator, Karen Mondesier lied and told me that proof of the services rendered by their employee/ technician-Hodges Smith, were mailed to me. None of this was done, since I keep meticulous records of all service contracts at my rental properties. To make matters worse, when I started calling the company's main number in Tucson, AZ, I was told that it was nothing more than a call center and similar to a third party affiliate. Finally, on 7/30/2014, after about 8 phone transfers, more lies, and further attempts to retain me as a customer by deliberately ignoring my telling each and every employee at this company, whether in their call center or in their office @ 876 NW 12th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 that I was completely dissatisfied with their poor customer service. Finally, after calling and complaining for three and a half weeks, an actual branch manager-Tony Espino spoke with me and even he had a major attitude as if it was too much bother for him to resolve my complaint of no longer wanting any type of business relationship with Truly Nolen. I explained to Tony Espino that I don't want any type of service any further from Truly Nolen and to e-mail me a cancellation statement. He still gave me an attitude but finally did his job and sent it to me, while his service manager Hodges Smith was still attempting to retain me as a customer. I also warned this company that if my credit or personal information is compromised in any way by either their employees or their call center affiliates, I will take further legal action above and beyond consumer fraud and protection laws and regulations. It is truly illegal and unethical, that some of these employees of Truly Nolen think that they can "strong arm" their female customers, while making derogatory comments and behaving in such poor manner during customer service calls, whether over the phone or in person. They obviously practice poor judgement based on their personal issues and greed. Please heed my warning that these people are the most unprofessional in the business of pest control. We contacted Truly Nolan to deal with rats nesting in the cupboards in our outside kitchen. Their inspector said they would bait and trap them, and 'rat-proof' the outside of the house and put insulation in the attic to stop any bugs getting there. The first technician I spoke with said that he would staple the hole in the screen to keep them out until we could get the screen fixed, and block off the stacks on the roof, as part of his baiting and rat proofing. He did neither of those things. They did not bait the outside kitchen, but put traps in the attic, where no rat had ever been. The rat proofing of the outside kitchen consisted of a big lump of white plastic sprayed into the hole, making it totally obvious that there was a problem as the outside kitchen is brown. The rats ate through it in a day. So we still have the rat issue, and it has cost us well over $3,000. read more

Paid $300 to have roaches eradicated from my house. Salesman said there was a 30 day guarantee but he didnt say guarantee was from the day of 1st spray or whatever they do. Guy came three times to my house, the third time being on the 30th day or so. Well, roaches are still here after the third spray but my warranty is over when I called a week after the last visit.
