I booked an hour long deep tissue Thai massage ($60 + $25 essential oils) added a reset to focus on a few problem areas ($30) I had the incredible Owen. He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. He offered gentle check ins on pressure/temp throughout massage & provided guidance on when to breathe. Hot stones, essential oils, stretching, breathing all were to be expected.
