My better half and I come here to get foot massages and they're always excellent. I don't know about all the rest of the facility and their other massages that they give but their foot massages work for me. The decor is fine for what it is. It's a little place in a mall. The staff is always nice and the price is good if you're walking around the mall or even if you're just out looking for something to do and the sounds interesting go get it really nice long foot massage. He is usually booked solid well in advance, but don't let the wait time deter you. He has 60 and 90 minute massage options, as well as an on-site infrared sauna. Multiple session packages are available at a discounted rate, as well as monthly subscriptions. Currently I have my treatments with him booked out for the upcoming 7 months in order to have my preferred time slots. He also has a great response time for messaging and can sometimes work with other clients to swap time slots if an unexpected time conflict arises. Having visited over a dozen different massage therapists prior, his strength and techniques offer me a far greater release of tension than anyone else. An ongoing medical condition impacts my muscles, and he is very adaptable when my muscles behave differently from one session to the next.

When I asked for a leg massage the man but his fingers to his his for forehead for a few seconds and said "uh I guess I could do that." I wasn't not trying to make it a big deal. He leads me to the area and tells me I can leave my items in the container during my massage. Me thinking because I'm getting a massage, I should take my jeans off. I asked him if I put my jeans there and he says something I couldn't understand (he has a Chinese accent that's hard for me to understand) so I asked a gain and clearly this time he said no to keep them on while shaking his head. I felt it was odd but if he was uncomfortable with massaging my legs because I'm a man then Ok, I'll take what I can get cause my legs were hurting. I asked for a 30 minute massage (they had 20,30,45 1hour) I get my massage which was ok not great but not horrible. I paid 35 for what I thought was 30 minutes when in reality I found out was 20 minutes after looking at my phone to check the time. I also tipped 5 extra dollars when I payed. After paying I sat down a waited for my friends to finish, while sitting down I heard them speaking Chinese. They were unaware that any of us spoke Chinese, and were very confident that we were unaware of them complaining and making fun of the amount of money I tipped. Which was very unappreciative of the business we gave them. They not only complained about my tip but another friend of mines tip but acted so polite when speaking English. The massages are amazing and I've even taken some yoga classes at the North Syracuse location. Everything is affordable and really makes you feel good. Hollie is an amazing LMT if you need a recommendation, but everyone has been great. The office is calm and relaxing. The only thing slightly different about the downtown location is that you need to announce to the staff in the lobby of the building which floor you're going to and they call the elevator (it's in the state building). Can't say enough good things about Hand in Health.
