Buyer beware. This was honestly one of the most frustrating companies to work with and the saga continues three years later which is why I'm writing this now. Be prepared to be your own project manager. Every workday for three weeks during the project I would come home figure out what they did wrong and send pictures and texts to the PM. This included everything from not running a drain from the water spout, making something a 90 degree corner instead of the curve we have laid out in the plans, making a path 6 feet instead of 4 feet, the list truly went on and on. The warranty was part of why we went with system pavers, we spend over $60,000 and wanted the quality assurance that would last. Here we are three years later and have issues with a sewer line. I called the company last week and asked if this was under warranty and she said "yes" but you can't take out the pavers yourself you need the company to come take them out and then they will replace them but if you do it yourself the warranty is void. She said it'll take 5 days for someone to get back to you. I said "ok" and waited until today to do some follow up. The warranty manager called me back and said he is happy to give me a quote. I said, I don't want a quote? I was told by the two people I called in the office (today and last Tuesday) that this is covered under warranty. He said it's not. So I waited 5 days for someone to say I can just take them up myself and then call me for a quote. After review of their warranty I'm actually not sure you can call it a warranty because I'm not sure anything is actually covered. I will not be using this company to remove or replace my pavers I will be calling the crew that did the work and be paying a fraction of the price. This is "big company" at it's worst. I will give it two stars instead of 1because they over paved per square feet that I paid for which ended up being a win for us. They added a step "for free" after they realized they didn't measure the slope of the yard correctly and were unable to do the work as plan so they added a step that we didn't have to pay for. They refunded back part of the project managers payment for the project based on the amount of issues and "project managing" I had to do as the client. read more

Our family purchased a brand new build in Frederick CO. We requested several contractors to come out to our home to bid on our backyard project. Kevin was the representative who came out for System Pavers of Denver. From the start Kevin was professional and friendly he listened to our thoughts on what we wanted for our backyard and went to work taking pictures and measurements. We told him our budget and he was able to sketch out a diagram on his IPad within an hour. Our newly constructed home in Aurora Highlands had no landscaping of any kind in the back yard when we moved in. We interviewed with at least 3 landscaping companies. System Pavers's Elizabeth Peacock spent maybe an hour and a half going through differnt possiblities in the design phase. Within a couple of days she sent us basic concept drawings for the project. Even more importantly, she was very patient with our many questions we had through emails and a visit to the SP store. The other landscaping companies wanted us to pay upfront for design drawings; SP didn't. Once we decided for sure to go with SP, the project manager spoke with us about next steps. The construction phase went well and took less than a week to finish a paver patio with fire pit, artificial turf, and a retaining wall in the front yard. We haven't found any problems with the work so far but they do have warranties if we do find something that needs attention. It should be noted that SP doesn't plant trees or plants nor do they set up sprinkler systems. For that work, we are going to use another landscaper. read more
