Several years ago, I had System Pavers install pavers in several areas on my property, they coordinated the work in conjunction with a deck design group who was installing a new deck at the same time. System Pavers did a beautiful job. Recently I had an issue with one area "heaving". System Pavers sent a repair technician and repaired the area back to its original condition. When the installation team uncovered an unforeseen challenge with our grading that had been masked with the prior patio the project manager worked with us to make sure that we understood the challenges, options, and the add scope charges - the conversation was upfront and the outcome was fair. One component of the project wasn't executed quite to plan and the team came out and made the change immediately to deliver the end product that we had anticipated. I had to get the kids from school, but He rushed me on the price that was almost double from the six other quites I got and then proceeded to demon text me from nine to 10:00 PM Telling me how bad of a decision I made by not choosing him. Needless to say, I will not be choosing Jared or System pavers For any house project. I had my design consultant Jared come out in an unfortunately snowy night where he spend several hours in the cold being certain he had everything accounted for, including things hidden in the snow. Once the snow melted he came back out to go over all the areas. We agreed to a price and a week later returned with Jesus the project manager. The plans and discussions were thorough and I appreciated to good communication. My demo and install is scheduled for next week and I will leave a follow up review of the work once complete. We have a newly constructed house. System Pavers (SP) did a great job transforming my backyard from mostly dirt into a beautiful gathering area for friends and family. I also love my new walkway that goes along the side of the house to the driveway where we added a platform to store our trash and recycle bins just inside the fence. Getting the bins off of the driveway and out of sight makes the front of the house look a lot better. SP was a great company to work with from beginning to end. Communication was stellar. From sales through office support and project management, all of the staff responded quickly to questions and/or concerns. We needed our cracked and settled 63 y.o. concrete driveway replaced, and having worked previously with System Pavers for a rear patio, we were confident in working with them again. Jared created a thorough and easy to understand set of documents for the initial quote, and upon acceptance, their office was able to fit our new driveway into their schedule very quickly. Jared and Jesus met with us for a preconstruction meeting to better explain their expected processes and schedule. Although there were a couple of setbacks due to unknown conditions, such as reinforcement in the old concrete, and an excessive amount of clay material beneath the original driveway, the entire crew responded in an expedient and professional manner. The install crew was present every day until project completion, and their skill, expertise, and hard work were greatly appreciated. We ended up going with System Pavers after getting a number of quotes. They were definitely more organized and prepared than others. The salesman didn't try to up-sale anything and had really good feedback for the ideas we had. The install was really quick considering the size of the lawn ( roughly 650 sq ft.). It took 2 days start to finish. The quality of the grass is much better than I had expected. The installers were conscious of the grade for proper drainage as well as the aesthetics. A yelper asked me to post photos of my System Pavers project and I am happy to oblige. Please excuse the snow - I will post more photos when summer rolls around. In the summer, the place is beautiful with flowers and vegetables growing around the the perimeter of the patio and in the planters. It really is like being on vacation without ever leaving our home. ORIGINAL REVIEW: System Pavers rescued us from a bad situation with a contractor who started a patio construction for us but never finished. We came into this project with fear and trepidation because we had a bad experience with another patio build that didn't go well. The bid was inexpensive, but we learned a hard lesson that "you get what you pay for". The job took 9 months and the quality was so terrible that it was necessary to tear it out and rebuild our patio from scratch. THAT IS WHY WE HIRED SYSTEM PAVERS - to redo a poorly built patio and give us the quality that we wanted. They had done another job for us several years ago, and so we were familiar with their integrity and their commitment to quality. From now on, we will call them first.Our experience with System Pavers has been superior from start to finish. Justin Hugill from System Pavers, was great in our initial contact. He was quick to catch on to our vision for the finished project and was very helpful in mapping out the design. Dishonest salesman talked us into making a deposit same day as bid to lock in our discount saying we could cancel within 3 days . Very next morning we called to cancel and salesman promised our money back in 3 days. But sales manager said it would be 10 days per the contract. 10 days passed and still no refund. After multiple calls, texts and emails we finally got a refund 20 days after cancellation. Not a trustworthy company. They say it was a "misunderstanding" ?? We signed a cancellation contract and they acknowledged they received it back! And they did nothing! We emailed the salesman and got nothing but lip service. We emailed the sales manager and he was worthless. We emailed the general manager and he was useless. The 5th email they finally got our money back. That's not a miscommunication.
