I've listened to System Pavers ads on the radio for years and decided to give them a try when we needed a driveway, patio and sidewalks .They're really on top of it and when I called in, I was put in touch with the sales guy Brandon within minutes we met the next day got a design and a proposal in no time and it was a very competitive price so we got to work. All the rain slowed down our start time, but when we got started, I met Kassya. Immediately impressed by her punctuality and knowledge of the construction process we began. Demolition only took a day, even though we took out a driveway and a long sidewalk it took about another day to prep the ground and dig a trench for Irrigation which the other guy I talk to couldn't even offer. The installation was just a few days and Kassya was there daily. to supervise and monitor the progress. My wife and I were both surprised and very pleased by the installation. It's just beautiful and if you're doing this, I highly recommend that you radius all your corners it's a very nice finishing touch. Warranty is for 25 years. and I can't get an appt to repair the base that has given up. My doorway steps mortar has failed and the steps are loose. This Company I found out uses sub contractors to do their work. They get the lowest bid, subpar work. They came out then they said the warranty is only for 10 years instead of 25 after three different people stated 25 years warranty, I missed it by few years they told me after Four people said it was 25 year warranty and I ask to reconfirm. It's when the unexpected occurs, that you really get an opportunity to see one's true character shine through. My husband are in a townhome. Our yard is not that big, but we wanted our redesign to have a big impact, so we reached out to Justin at System Pavers. What fantastic ideas he offered! After some brainstorming and very precise measurements, he worked up an amazing layout right there on the spot. We were so excited to get going. Unfortunately, our HOA had different plans. Justin worked with us every step of the way to try to find some workarounds for all of the HOA speed bumps, but in the end - we couldn't fight the HOA. That's when the sales manager, Jeff stepped in, and issued us a full refund of our deposit. While this particular project has been indefinitely postponed, we are so appreciative of Justin and Jeff's tremendous work. System Pavers are suing us. They are using the justice system to harass and extort us into paying for work that was never performed, and never even agreed to. We hired System Pavers in 2023 to install pavers at our home. From the beginning, the paperwork and process were confusing, inaccurate, and misleading: The pro forma contract omitted key details, such as pricing of specific materials or precise scope of work. The amendment SP sent later incorrectly listed our patio as the area to be paved, even though we only wanted our driveway and walkway. The amendment also increased the price, but failed to include accurate quantities, drawings, or clear scope. The company's paperwork was inconsistent and incomplete (eg, missing DocuSign certificates of completion) System Pavers never worked on the patio - and promised that they would reduce the contract price to reflect only pricing for the actual work performed - they never did it. The Completion certificate we were asked to sign did not reflect the reduced final payment, based on the actual work performed. It was incomplete. They promised a Warranty certificate, but never provided it. Despite our repeated requests, the company refused to provide a final invoice with correct pricing, or to adjust the contract to reflect only the work actually performed. Instead of working with us in good faith, System Pavers abruptly filed a lawsuit against us, even though we were ready and willing to pay the correct adjusted amount. After the fact, we saw similar reviews with customers experiencing bait-and switch on pricing, scope and modifications. SP misrepresented or omitted material facts, failed to provide accurate paperwork, and did not honor its promises. We believe this constitutes Deceptive & Unfair Business Practices. read more

Initially heard pretty good things about SP from a former worker. He warned me about their commission program and overpricing I went in with open mind because of their pictures of work. However the salesperson was arrogant , full of himself and didn't listen to the customer ( me) at all . Also there website promises a 3D design LMAO not without paying thousands of dialers for a design they lie! I got a shitty layout my 8 year old could do a better job. Basic back yard hard scape plus turf ( which 3 times I stated hate fake grass!! Was one hundred twenty seven THOUSAND dollars $127,000.00 let that sink in ! I can buy a nice condo for 200k . 50k-60k would have been a reasonable price and they still would make a profit of 20% which should be more than enough for business most businesses are happy and do quality work for a 8-15 % profit People reading this SP wants to make 100 to 125% profit hats called thieves. Earlier this year had system pavers do our back yard, pavers and lighting. It is a smaller yard but we wanted it to match the front and pool deck system pavers did a few years ago. We chose system pavers as we have had other installations with them and we were very happy. However, this time the pavers had marks on them, all over and the pattern of marks went from one paver to the next matching, so it could not have been on individual random pavers. We were not happy, it looked like concrete finger and hand prints. We had our representative come out and look, he said it was the scraping from taking the pavers off the pile during installation. He advised us to have a sealer applied, but their sealer that we would need to hire them to apply, because it was so professional grade. We applied a sealer, the marks were still very much visible so we called him out again. He once more said it was scraping from the stack of pavers, but our front ones are the same and there is very little scraping on them. We tried to accept that but everything we're in our back yard we're disappointed with the results we paid alot of money for. I went to their office to talk with someone, but no one works there, just big empty offices. I call the representative he said they have been moving over the past year, everyone works from home. I told him, again we were not happy and he said he would bring the paver representative out to look. That was months ago and nothing. I will try him again today. I would think twice about using system pavers again. The resolution on this issue is just being ignored and I'm sure they are hoping we'll let it go. Is there any assistance for a problem? We are so grateful for System Pavers! They have been such a wonderful partner in creating our dream backyard. Our project was very complicated (from our perspective) and had to span over a significant period of time because of other construction on our property over the past year. Our sales person, Daniel, was patient, informative, not pushy, and accommodated our budget so we could achieve our dream backyard. The true hero in all this was our project manager, Oscar. He was on site daily with his rock star crew, making sure everything was done at a high standard. He communicated with us often and always responded very quickly when we had questions. Our project had to be spit into two phases with nearly a year between them. When we started, Oscar was part of the "contractor meeting" with the other team working on our property. Oscar's team rallied and started "phase one" quickly so we could move forward with the other major project. As that wrapped, Oscar got us back onto the schedule quickly and completed "phase two" with his original team. System Pavers has been our partner through this very disruptive year because of all the construction. Oscar and team made it comfortable because we knew we could trust their work, their timing, and the care in crafting our dream backyard. They're not the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get. Buyer Beware! A picture is worth a thousand words. This wall collapsed in February after standing only 3 years and of course, past the warranty. After months of requesting a bid from System Pavers, I finally got the first one in April, but it was misleading in that they said they'd fix "the wall" but when it came down to almost signing the contract, I learned they only intended to fix a portion of the wall. The next quote came a few weeks later...for $71,000. Yes, that is the correct number of zeros. This to fix all the sinking pavers, the wall, and the lighting that stopped working after a year of installation. I let them know the absurdity of that quote and so they got the regional manager to work on it more closely. Mind you, the communication through this point was horrific and something they continually apologized for, but nothing happened until I started posting updates on their website. Many apologies and weeks later, I got a new quote. While still unreasonable, they did say they'd fix all the other failings "for free" if I pay them $25K to fix the wall like it should have been built originally. I felt like I had no option until I found a dealbreaker in the new contract. I pointed it out to the head guru who tried to get me to believe he was only there to make me happy; he never responded. I would have thought maybe someone at the company would offer a work-around, but they didn't even try. I had to go with another contractor. I'm disgusted I wasted months being frustrated and trying to work out something with System Pavers. Bottom line: don't believe what they say; see what they put in the contract. Expect to be ignored and given the round around even (or maybe especially) if you have a legitimate complaint. I'd say you get what you pay for, but that certainly isn't the case here: for the amount I paid in the initial installation, I'd expect to not see collapsing walls and pavers after only 3 years, especially when the original salesman said, "you'll never have to worry about your backyard again." Admittedly, it looked great and I was very happy with it for about a year. I had thought I was doing business with a reputable company, so we signed up for one of the costliest mistakes of my life.
