I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. Mr. Zendejas let the customers with already scheduled appointments in and started selecting randomly (instead of in the chronological order) the remaining people to let them in. After hearing a comment from the waiting people regarding his unfair selection system Mr. Zendejas ordered to "shut up". After a relatively a long time my wife and I were let in and immediately asked to empty pockets by laying all items and my wife's purse on a small table for the security control. My wife had a cigarette lighter in her purse and was asked to take it back to the car. She momentarily went to the car and I was asked to step out to the front of the building. Before I did it I took my wallet from a table where all our items were located. Seeing this Mr. Zendejas asked me and my wife (who just came back from the car) to "get hell out" of the building and he promised we won't be allowed to schedule the appointment on the same day. He also added "we had an illegal item anyway. We went to the car and left. This kind of behavior is exceptionally rude and should not be to tolerated in any circumstance especially while representing a reputable public agency.

Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets.
