In April of this year I purchased a beautiful 2004 Ford F250 with 91,000 miles from Szott Ford in Holly. When we came to look at the truck it looked great. Among the other things that we looked for when we checked the vehicle over, we noticed that the under body was spotless. We were told that the truck was mechanically sound. The morning after we purchased the truck things went south quickly. Jim, the driver of the truck, was approaching the vehicle when he noticed puddles under the truck. Upon closer inspection he realized that the truck was leaking oil everywhere. Since this problem was clearly present before we purchased the vehicle and obviously must have been noticed by the staff we feel that we should have been informed of it. Instead, we feel that we were misled and that the vehicle was misrepresented. A truck with an obvious oil leak is not worth the price that we paid. While I completely understand that a dealership is not responsible for any future problems with an "as-is" vehicle that may arise after purchase, I do believe that they are responsible for problems that were previously existing and that were, at best, not brought to our attention, and, at worst, actively covered up for the purpose of selling a broken truck at a "great condition" price. We contacted the dealership about the issue, and brought the truck in to have it looked over by their mechanics who determined that there were leaking gaskets on the engine. We were told that they would look into the issue and get back to us about the potential of fixing the problems. We never heard back from them, and when we called back several times were told that they were still looking into the issue. It is now July, and I have accepted that they plan to do nothing to resolve this issue for us. We could have purchased the same truck from a private seller for a much lower price, but decided to purchase from Szott because they had this to say about their used vehicles: "Subjected to our rigid inspections and our equally stringent standards, these pre-owned vehicles are ready to run for miles to come." Next time, I'll take my chances with the guy selling the truck on the side of the road. read more

As an Executive Vice President of an Oil Company, my days are long. Therefore, I don't have a lot of time to waste trying to find a new vehicle, not to mention all the negotiation and paperwork required to complete the transaction. Recently I needed to purchase a SUV for a brand new employee....and I needed this vehicle in a hurry! Stacie Bright, What an Amazing experience I, along with my 2 daughters Allyvia & Alexys had while you helped them transition into their New Vehicles... You were beyond professional and you delivered what you said you would at the price you quoted... We went to 2 other dealers and their "Out the Door" price consisted of them giving us a quote and once we left calling us (after we were "Out the Door") with their actual "Out the Door" price. Szott Ford is amazing! I emailed Szott Ford about a Ford Fusion (previous owned) that I was interested in. Within 30 minutes I got information about the car and schedule a test drive. I worked with Don Krawzak. He was amazing, he rode me with on the test drive. He answered all my questions and the ones he could not answer, he answered once we got back to the dealership. Don was extremely professional and treated me (a female) like anyone else. He was not pushy, it made car buying non stressful. He gave me lots information about the car. I had the privilege of buying a new triple black 2015 Mustang GT convertible from an awesome sales associate named Sierra Bruder. I stopped by on a whim as I've been interested in this car for some time and Sierra and her team at Szott helped me with my trade in and got me into a new Mustang. Sierra was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me with the features on the car during a test drive. I was very impressed by her organizational skills with all that is involved in putting a deal together and she was able to find the perfect Mustang for me on the lot. This is my first Ford product as I've always been a GM buyer but I decided to give Ford a shot this time and between dealing with Sierra and this awesome car, I can say it won't be my last. I'm a 3-peat buyer with the Szott family dealerships. Two with Ford and one with Jeep. The sales staff has always been good to me. Originally I was just getting feelers of what's out there and possibly getting a second car. I contacted Steve and he hooked me up with Jani. What originally started as just "window shopping" and possibly getting a second car turned into a I want a comfortable but useful daily driver. Jani hooked me up with a 2022 Ford Ranger pickup truck. 4-14-2022 I signed the paperwork. One thing about Szott, they don't mess around. I typically do not post recommendations, but the efforts of Renee Weeks in February 2015 to earn my business were worthy of an exception. I have had a number of Ford vehicles recently, but was seriously considering another product when the lease was up on my last Ford vehicle. Renee changed that. Just got a Ford Escape from Szott and I am beyond happy. This is my second car from Szott, the first being a dealer demo. They have been incredibly helpful every step of the way, I live in Midland but my family lives in Waterford and they were so helpful, doing everything on the phone and over email to get everything set up so when I walked in I was only at the dealership for about 45 min. In November of 2014, I had an amazing experience at Szott Ford and Renee was friends, professional and a joy to deal with. Frankly, I made a bit of a mistake on picking my car I wanted and she went above and beyond to make things right. I took delivery of a car which lacked a feature I wanted. Renee was able to swap it out the next day and totally exceed my expectations. The entire purchase experience at Szott Ford was fantastic and moreover, In February of 2015, I had one very minor accident where I had to get some repairs done to the front end for which the entire Szott team also exceeded expectations. Mattress Closeout Center is a great place to shop for a mattress. And shopping is one thing I rather not have to do. But Cory and Dan made shipping for a mattress o of ne the most pleasant experiences, I would shop at the mattress closeout center every day. Cory and Dan were so helpful , and understanding that picking out a mattress is important. They Made It Right! I had my Ford Explorer in for regular service on12/5/19. I was surprised and a little unhappy that I received my car back with dirt and mud on my interior drivers side door. I wrote a review and gave a 3 star rating. That SAME night I received a call from my salesman, Dan Kittle, and he informed me they were coming to pick up my car and detail it for me free of charge. Monday morning, they came and picked up my car and did a fabulous job cleaning and detailing it inside and out. I am so pleased with this excellent service and consideration. I want to say my experience with Zsott Ford was incredible! Chris Boan and Dave Baldini went out of their way to get me my new Escape. In past years I have sat at other dealerships all day long waiting on paperwork and for the car to be prepped. I didn't even have to go in to the dealership at Zsott. I just went about my busy day as they got everything ready for me. My new Escape was delivered to my house with all the paperwork finished and ready to sign.
