They took the time to listen, invite us into their store to learn about the diamond and ring-buying process, and never batted an eye at any question we had - no matter how simple. There was never any pressure, and we got the feeling that they had our best interest in mind at all times, and wanted us to be happy with any purchase. Translation: they treat you like you are part of their family. The prices were reasonable, work was done well and in a timely fashion. They were even able to take a ring design we were interested in replicating and making a custom setting with their CAD design tools. What impressed me most about Homsy was what great communicators they were. I knew that when I called, they'd immediately answer and know what was happening. Or that when I emailed, I'd get a response right away.
