I purchased ALL PARTS NEED EVEN 2gal CONCENTRATED ANTI FREEZE for water pump & thermostat replacement. (Which they didn't replace all pairs with the new pairs I bought for the car, according to multiple shops used pairs were placed on my vehicle) I had to buy fill my car with (3) 2 qts of transmission fluid after leaving the shop. I paid them Thank you so much they told me it needed 3qt of transmission fluid. The car was still running hot not even 5 minutes up the road they told me I had to run my AC on to keep it from over heating! SMH. I They didn't replace the thermostat at all. They told me I didn't needed. I called/ texted same day next trying to get them to correct it but they response stopped when I went with a male so they could explain what happened to the pairs I gave bought the owner Zen was very rude & argumentative & defensive, threatening to kick us out of his office after we caught him in a lie. I should have called the police. I didn't because my son said he was ok & did won't my son to be angry. I told them to put all of old parts on the floor @ passenger front seat & they didn't. I trusted them because of my son & thought I could work things out with them but when I tried to talk to Zen he had a really nasty attitude at the start of the conversation very after I told him we didn't come to argue. I was disappointed because I had plan to use this shop for towing & auto service for both of my cars & had even referred 2 others. Thank god they didn't go. Zen & his wife were friendly at start. Zen even accused me of trying to get charity work but I messaged him multiple times & asked him for the price for both parts to be replaced on my car but he never replied with the full amount. I didn't asked for any type of charity work nor save me money. I only wanted my vehicle repaired so I could drive it with a peace of mine & not have to drive with the AC on to keep it from overheating. He may have done great work for others but I didn't get that in my opinion. I wouldn't give them not even 1 star.

If you need to drop tank to find it (leak) $240.". 4 weeks for appointment, 5 weeks in the garage. Then I'm told my truck was ready for the junk yard & unsafe for the road because the frame was rusted. NOT THE TRUTH! I was told he'd need to remove the bed of the truck in order to fix the fuel issue. New estimate $722, possible more. They cut two c-clamps to remove the cover or bed liner. He attempted to remove the bed of the truck to change out a fuel tank. Mickey didn't support the frame in anyway, or place it on a lift. A rusted driver side lead spring bracket was rust & broke when taking out the bolt. Then the spring lifted the truck bed. Well duh., with no support that will happen. I was told he wouldn't work on it because it was ready for the junk yard & he'd only take $100 for his trouble. So I pay $100 to tow, $100 to him & now had to tow it elsewhere to actually have the repair. Not just the fuel tank, but I've got the Spring bracket & shackles to replace. $1,312.03. Plus the previous amount incurred by Mickey. The other garages did not remove the truck bed to replace a the fuel tank. Truck runs perfectly fine & is very road worthy. Sorry, I will not just throw a vehicle (truck) away because of you're incompetent.
