T and N is an excellent cheap eat. Good pho, spring rolls, and other dishes at a very reasonable price. The inside is not plush (very plastic tablecloths-and- kitchen chairs vibe) but for the quality and price of the food it's a good stop for lunch or dinner. I've been coming to this restaurant for as long as I can remember.. maybe when I was about 7 or 8 years. I always order the same thing : Spring rolls (not cooked) with peanut sauce and L2 which is a large plate of rice with many condiments such as sliced ham, scrambled eggs and other stuff but it all tastes SO good together, I've never ordered soup (PHO) because I'm not a huge fan of soup in general but reading all the posts everybody seems to be writing about this so called PHO soup. I can only imagine it tastes great since the food here is delicious. I do not think the prices are high only for the drinks such as coconut water where it might cost around $3 or so. Other than that I am a huge fan of this restaurant and will be completely loyal to this restaurant till I move somewhere far or die ... seriously. Worst noodle soup I've ever had. Not authentic at all. If you want some real Vietnamese food you gotta try out Pho 88 in Lowell. Their soup is so much tastier. Better service, clean and nicer and more comfortable seatings. They even offer hot pot. I'm definitely willing to travel more miles for better quality. just back from the movies and bowls of pho at T&N. it was early and we were the only ones there but we realy liked our pho. we just got the standard brisket with tendon and tripe. the broth was hot and flavorfull. we also had a couple of their spring rolls which despite the wrapper being a little gummy had a good taste. we will def be back. the bahn mi place just up the street had a new sign and even the riot grates looked shiny. i do hope thay open soon. read more

BEST PHO SOUP I HAVE HAD! I get D3 every time and its the best soup ive had! It may be filled with the MSG they hold the door open with which is probably why its so addicting but it is still so good. The only negative is that i have seen them actual microwave my soup (since the microwave is in plane view from the dining room) which is a little upsetting and changes the taste and how long it stays hot for, but usually it is fresh and i can see them ladle it out of the big pot on the stove. Been here many many times... always have the fresh spring rolls... and pho soup... they are both excellent..... went to Lowell... as we were in Lowell on business and went to ... place called... DA LAT... (sp)... the pho soup was very greasy.... whereas TandN is not... it is frehs and very tasteful and filled with meat.... I usualll get the number 1 and my wife gets the number 3.... and we both get the spring rolls... in fact we have been there many times.. the waiter usually comes up and says..."the same".. as we order the same each time... by the way .. we are going tonight... Yummy Yummy ... Yes .. they are the best in the area.... BUT.. there is no other in area..
