The worst restaurant I ever went to. I went in today, is not that it's busy. It's empty! The guy owner which always rude, I thought covid will make him better, NO! He come bring me drink, take my order without asking me or say Hi, bring my appetizer-wife bring my soup- and that's it. Food? Nothing like the picture. I can't believe they still here! Not even bother ask me if everything ok, or do u want ur bill? Or try to pick up the dirty dishes. OMG! It feels like I went there asking for free food from them and asked to be served too. I almost didn't give him tips. Oh! No thank you also after I went to the cashier and paid! Never again go there!!! If only there is other vietnamese restaurant around here

A friend and I had heard great things about this place but sadly, it did not live up to our expectations. It started with our waiter (not sure if he was the owner) who walked over to our table and dropped menus...no hello, nada. Then he dropped off a pitcher of cold tea and said nothing. Waited for us to look like we were ready to order and we ordered by number which he repeated and went away. An older lady (maybe his wife) brought each dish over and we asked for a two extra plates and an extra spoon to share our soup and she brought one plate, no spoon. Our other dishes were served by her as well ... no speaking there either. No one ever came to see if we needed anything. The spring rolls were OK, mostly filled with lettuce and possibly one shrimp, the broccoli in both dishes was tough and tasted old, the shrimp also had a funny taste and I found a hair in my shrimp dish. The soup was so salty that I could barely finish one small bowl. The chicken stir fry was probably the better of the dishes but also very salty. We observed people paying at the counter so I walked up and the male waiter just flipped one of the two open handwritten checks toward me so I could see the total and absolutely said nothing to me. I paid and he never said thank you. I'm pretty sure they speak a little English or could at least smile???? We never leave food behind and sadly we did. Maybe just an "off" day but this was their first chance to make a good impression and it wasn't for us. We'd give this place negative stars but that doesn't exist in Yelp!

This was probably the worst bun bo hue I have ever eaten. Watery and tasteless. No flavor but the smell of shrimp paste. Seem pretty popular during lunch hour and service was fast until you need to pay. My ice coffee also watered. Sad. Hoping that this mom and pop would satisfied my craving.

It was our first time at this restaurant. I was craving for Pho all week. When we walked in at 7:30pm the young man and an older woman were in the kitchen area and looked up at us and went back to their business. No greeting. Ignored us until I finally asked if we can sit down. Yelp says the place is open from 9-9. Just a note, they close at 8pm on a Friday. We were the only people in the restaurant. The young man finally sat us down and placed two menus on the table. No conversation still. He brought us some flavored iced tea for the table. We knew we wanted Pho and ordered right away. The soup came to our table within ten minutes. Luke warm and so so. Needless to say, we ate and left the place within 30 minutes of arriving. The place is on a main street. Very active and busy with grocery stores, nail salons and cell phone shops. Parking is easy on the street. A couple car alarms kept on going off during our short stay which was a little concerning. It looked like there was parking in the rear, but since I wasn't familiar with the location, I admit that I was nervous. I can't recommend this place because I hate being ignored when I arrive at any restaurant. Who wants a customer to walk out? And we were about to. The place is clean and orderly. It's a mom and pop place and not too fancy, but the place seemed fine for what they were serving.

I went in this place today for the first time, and what a shame that I just discoverd pho soup three months ago in Boston. This place has been there since early 2000s and I just tried it today. I went simple rare beef pho, they brought out the complimentary hot tea, the sprouts two sprigs of basil, and a lime, two minutes later out comes my bowl of soup, the broth was delish, the table was set up with the fish sauce, and siracha sauce, and where it was such a chilly day everything went to sooo good. I need to go back and try a few more things before I give it a five star, but everything looked soo good, and I am so happy I dont have to drive to Lowell or Boston to get some good pho.

Spring rolls were yummy. The peanut sauce was good too. My father and I both got pho. He got the rare steak pho which he liked and I got one of the seafood bowls. Having eaten a lot of Vietnamese, I don't think this is top notch, but quite good for lunch. Service was fast and very helpful when answering questions. I recommend the fresh lemonade!!!! So good. More like limeade but very delicious. $3 for a tall glass.

This is definitely what I would call a 'Hole in the Wall' restaurant. The Decor is best described as basic. It does, however, have the best Pho going. It is filled with vegetables, dumplings,and seafood. The fresh spring rolls are great as well. read more

T and N is an excellent cheap eat. Good pho, spring rolls, and other dishes at a very reasonable price. The inside is not plush (very plastic tablecloths-and- kitchen chairs vibe) but for the quality and price of the food it's a good stop for lunch or dinner. Very casual -- quick wait service but you pay at the counter. I am a regular here when I'm craving pho. read more

I've been coming to this restaurant for as long as I can remember.. maybe when I was about 7 or 8 years. I always order the same thing : Spring rolls (not cooked) with peanut sauce and L2 which is a large plate of rice with many condiments such as sliced ham, scrambled eggs and other stuff but it all tastes SO good together, I've never ordered soup (PHO) because I'm not a huge fan of soup in general but reading all the posts everybody seems to be writing about this so called PHO soup. I can only imagine it tastes great since the food here is delicious. I do not think the prices are high only for the drinks such as coconut water where it might cost around $3 or so. Other than that I am a huge fan of this restaurant and will be completely loyal to this restaurant till I move somewhere far or die ... seriously. I crave their food so many times I should learn how to cook what I always order when I'm there. Love it here! read more

Worst noodle soup I've ever had. Not authentic at all. If you want some real Vietnamese food you gotta try out Pho 88 in Lowell. Their soup is so much tastier. Better service, clean and nicer and more comfortable seatings. They even offer hot pot. I'm definitely willing to travel more miles for better quality. Sorry T&N, something u guys gotta work on. read more

Small place, good food, borderline cleanliness. Being able to see into the kitchen where they use a trash can as a table to put the cutting board on to cut up the veggies, isn't the best for my confidence or appetite. However the Pad Thai was excellent. read more

We frequent T&N and don't go broke by doing so, that's for sure. Their spring rolls are best around, even compared to my grandmas home made! They serve Vietnamese food the way my grandma or aunt would- simple, fresh, aromatic, herbal... And try the avocado shake. It sounds weird but is my fav dessert of all time! read more

I had a hu tieu hai San ( seafood noodle soup ) was very plain for flavoring , I order a fresh spring roll with shrimp and pork and I ended up getting a tofu spring rolls. It wasn't that bad but was looking forward for more things, in it for veggies. The lime made was good , my friend had a beef stew, and it taste so plainly , broth was not thick at all . read more

just back from the movies and bowls of pho at T&N. it was early and we were the only ones there but we realy liked our pho. we just got the standard brisket with tendon and tripe. the broth was hot and flavorfull. we also had a couple of their spring rolls which despite the wrapper being a little gummy had a good taste. we will def be back. the bahn mi place just up the street had a new sign and even the riot grates looked shiny. i do hope thay open soon. read more

I love people saying Pho 88 is more authentic than T&N. hilarious. T&N is home-style Vietnamese food not gourmet. Food of the people. I love this place and (as a vegetarian) always order a F7 and A2 with tofu. $11 total. read more

BEST PHO SOUP I HAVE HAD! I get D3 every time and its the best soup ive had! It may be filled with the MSG they hold the door open with which is probably why its so addicting but it is still so good. The only negative is that i have seen them actual microwave my soup (since the microwave is in plane view from the dining room) which is a little upsetting and changes the taste and how long it stays hot for, but usually it is fresh and i can see them ladle it out of the big pot on the stove. Otherwise, i am a regular and would recommend to anyone! read more

Been here many many times... always have the fresh spring rolls... and pho soup... they are both excellent..... went to Lowell... as we were in Lowell on business and went to ... place called... DA LAT... (sp)... the pho soup was very greasy.... whereas TandN is not... it is frehs and very tasteful and filled with meat.... I usualll get the number 1 and my wife gets the number 3.... and we both get the spring rolls... in fact we have been there many times.. the waiter usually comes up and says..."the same".. as we order the same each time... by the way .. we are going tonight... Yummy Yummy ... Yes .. they are the best in the area.... BUT.. there is no other in area.. definitely below average pho. a lot of their drinks are all canned ones. the XL pho (C1) was not even that big. i've been to several other pho places where their regular or medium size is this fake XL. not a lot of meat either. slow service read more

I just found my new favorite restaurant! So delicious!i have driven past the restaurant many times wanting to go in, but skeptical as I didn't know anyone who had eaten there before. I walked in and was quite surprised to see how much bigger it was than what I thought. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered pad Thai and spring rolls for take out. The food was very fresh and appeared to be made to order. It was steaming hot when I got home and very tasty! I will definitely go back for the noodle soup! read more

T&N Restaurant has a great menu selection. The Pho is great and is cheap. Definitely the highlight of the restaurant. From my experience the noodles are of great quality and definitely deserves a revisit. Being where it is though, there is ambience from the busy streets. This doesn't really bother me though, just fair warning considering the spot. read more
