Fantastic hidden gem in Somersworth! We went for some warm food on a cold winter night and this hit the spot. Upon entering it's a very clean and open space. There are very large screens with the menu, and the you can order at a kiosk. We all ordered pho and drinks. We signed up for a loyalty program and received a text when our order was ready and picked it up at the counter. They have many different sauces and toppings to individualize your food. I enjoy the quick serve, self ordering set up. Got a drink and banh mi. Everything appeared pretty quickly, it looks like it's family run. My lychee tea was a bit too sweet, I had it kindly and graciously remade for me. Their banh mi has a lot of potential. The bread is perfect, crispy chewy. Lots of filling. I am struggling in the sense the pork/meats and seasonings were really sweet that it overpowered the cilantro, jalapeños. All I could taste is sweetness which was disappointing to me because I think this could be a great sandwich. My friend enjoyed her pork belly banh mi. But agreed the drink was cloyingly sweet. I think they should provide little condiment cups because they have a condiment stand. Would have to bring your whole tray over to put whatever you want on your food. What a classy joint! This was my first thought when I walked into TET. The restaurant is sleek and spotless with ordering kiosks. My dad and I came here for lunch on an ordinary Wednesday. We were both pleased with the service and food. It was the first time my dad tried Vietnamese food--he was impressed. We both ordered bun (vermicelli bowls). I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and my dad had a fruit tea. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I was pleased that their utensils were metal and wrapped. Such a nice touch to have metal chopsticks. We drove 35 minutes just to get the Banh mi here and we don't regret it at all. We ordered take out and the service was quick and easy. One day we will have to dine-in because the dinning area is very cozy and has plenty of seating. Would recommend any style of Banh mi as they are all delicious. I ordered the Shrimp Tempura for an appetizer and was taken back by the freshness! I had no idea what I was in for when I got the Pho! It was absolutely perfectly balanced like a scientific chef was out back. Seriously! I will absolutely be going back! I am not a huge fan of ordering food through a kiosk at a restaurant however it actually was pretty intuitive. So not really a complaint. The only complaint I do have is that I have asthma and I can't handle incense. Even though it was very mild and I was able to sit through dinner, it was very distracting and it prevented me from smelling all of the delicious Aromas from the food. Six stars if I could!! When I saw the reviews for this place, I expected to have good food but not to be so impressed like this. People in my group got the chicken pho and the T4 grilled rice plate, and I got a banh mi. Service was so fast, and the food was faultless. The banh mi had so much flavor, the perfect amount of spice kick, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the bread wasn't too crunchy or under toasted. I've had plenty of mid banh mi's and was really surprised. The other folks in my party enjoyed their dishes as well- my friend loved the pho- the broth was amazing, caveat being that there was maybe a bit too much green onion. Friend #2 also really enjoyed the rice plate- actual words that came out of her mouth while eating were "wow, even their rice is good." Highly recommend this place if you're in the area! read more

Service was fast, efficient,and friendly. I had the TET special drink which is apricot and kumquat with a bit of salt. I added some water to lessen the intensity and dilute the saltiness. I would not get this again although I respect the quality. The beef Banh Mi is loaded with good quality steak that is pink in the center. The bun is fresh and delicious. My husband and I's absolute favorite place to grab takeout! Delicious pho, the bao is amazing, I can't get enough of their summer rolls and their drinks are always a hit. Everything we've tried has essentially been perfection. Their vermicelli bowls are great and we tried the fried chicken plate once which was also delicious. My husband is usually the one to grab our order but he says it's very nice and clean inside. Perfect place for a date night. The next time we're able to get a kid free night we'll definitely be dining in! He says the staff is also amazing. Super nice and friendly every time he goes in. Just tried TET for the first time today for a quick snack. I ordered the traditional summer rolls along with a banh mi sandwich of shredded-char siu pork. The rolls were small but very tasty. The banh mi sandwich was large, the size of many shops full size subs. It too is tasty but needed some extra kick. TET offers an array of sauces ( I choose the sweet chili- plenty of heat!) The counter person was very friendly and the kitchen staff person brought out my order to my table. The dining area reminded me of the old Wooden Spoon that they now occupy but nicely decorated. The condiments -- chile crisps in oil, Sriracha, soy sauce, fish sauce, and the like -- are on a side bar. In a shopping mall with ample parking. There is a lot of takeout going on but this is not the hole in the wall you might imagine. It's an American-style fast-food eatery with excellent Vietnamese cuisine. The Vietnamese iced coffee was sweet and super refreshing and the iced strawberry green tea was on point.
