**Review for Anh Nam Restaurant Grill** I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Anh Nam Restaurant Grill, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations in the hope that it helps others avoid a similar ordeal. First and foremost, the food quality was abysmal. It was blatantly obvious that the majority of the dishes were not freshly prepared but rather thawed from a frozen state. This not only affected the taste but also the texture of the food. The meat, in particular, was incredibly dry and lacked any flavor, indicating that it had been frozen and reheated multiple times. For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable. The service was another major letdown. Our meals took an incredibly long time to arrive, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. We waited around 30 minutes for our main courses, and when they finally arrived, they were lukewarm at best. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. To add insult to injury, the "boba" they served was essentially tasteless. It was like drinking flavored water with chewy tapioca pearls that had no flavor themselves. This was particularly disappointing as we were looking forward to a refreshing drink to complement our meal. What made the experience even more frustrating was how misleading the place was. The restaurant's interior was quite fancy, giving the impression of a high-quality dining experience, but the food and service were far from it. Additionally, the images on their website and menu were very misleading, showcasing beautifully plated, appetizing dishes that in no way resembled the mediocre food we were served. Overall, my experience at Anh Nam Restaurant Grill was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Between the frozen, poorly prepared food, the slow, inattentive service, the misleading ambiance, and the lackluster boba, there's no way I would ever return or recommend this place to anyone. The food was a bit more than Decent however, what made the food taste and more enjoyable was the excellent hands down the best service my mom wife and daughter had ever experienced in our whole lives. Enderson was our server, he was amazing, he made some shrimp chips for my daughter as a little snack her, anytime we needed something from another spoon to getting us fish sauce, anything and everything we need he made sure that we were comfortable to enjoy the food. He made the atmosphere and environment of the restaurant a place where I would come just to be serviced by him. No words can explain how happy he made my family feel while dining there. I highly recommend if you just need a quick bite, want to relax and truly feel taken care of. It's this place with Enderson there. The way he serviced my family and among other families there as well, he was making sure they were feeling the same way we were.
