They graded and sloped my backyard, and they installed 3 paver patios. Kameron and his team (DJ, Manny and Noah) did an excellent job, and I am thrilled with the results! They were quick to respond to calls and texts from me, and they graciously handled all of my last minute changes. These guys are professionals, and no matter how challenging the project, I can confidently say from my own personal experience that they will get the job done, and you will be happy with the results. Oh... and it doesn't hurt that they are very reasonable in their pricing and super friendly! I just finished a large project with them, and I am already planning on hiring them again to do a privacy fence; I think that says it all! You will not be disappointed if you hire Doleman Services.

My partner is a hardworking minority man who showed up and gave his full effort--working long hours in 98-degree heat to fulfill the job requirements as agreed upon. Not only was he underpaid for the labor he completed, but he was also told that his payment would be delayed until the following week, despite being clearly informed that he would be paid on Friday. That was the agreement, and for a working man with a family to support, that delay and lack of respect is more than just an inconvenience--it's disheartening and unjust. To treat any worker this way--especially someone who honored their end of the deal in extreme conditions--is unprofessional and exploitative. People deserve fair pay for fair work, and no one should be left waiting or wondering if they'll be compensated properly, especially after enduring such conditions. This experience reflects a serious lack of integrity and accountability that no company should tolerate. I sincerely hope that leadership and other partners considering working with this company take a hard look at how workers, especially minority employees, are being treated--because this is not just about money, it's about fairness, dignity, and basic human decency.
