There was a message from the warranty company stating, "the vendor indicated you do not need this appointment". When I called Bo Jiffy, I was given an evasive response as to why the appointment was cancelled.The serviceman asked if I had turned the ac back on. He said the air usually comes back on after the system thaws and the filter is changed. It didn't make sense to me but I hung up and did as instructed.
