I found him googling solutions on his phone. After he worked on our system, our A/C stopped working in hot summer heat. The technician left us with a non-working system. Also, when taking out the old furnace, you used no covering and left pieces of stuff everywhere that they didn't clean up and a mark on my wall that will not come out. Perhaps if the worker concentrated and spent more time on the job rather than being unprofessional, installing the furnace job would have been done correctly in the first place.
