I have been going to Tony's for I don't know how many years but as long as I can remember well over 10 years now for every vehicle I ever had. Every single time I get treated so well. The owner does his best to give me a good deal so that there's a win-win. As a previous worker for the owner Tony i would never reccomend anyone to get tires here. I had gone to collect my last paycheck after leaving to work elsewhere and Tony had threatend me saying if he sees me on the street he's gonna break my face, besides that i had done a bunch of work on his personal vehicle as i'm a Certified mechanic and a certified NYS safety inspector for vehicles and he tried telling me i had broke a bunch of parts on his car AFTER i had replaced a bunch of previously broken parts. Tony is extremely rude and disrespectful and basically told me i was good for nothing because i would enlighten customers that needed questions answered. Aswell as him selling used tires that had no treat/bubbles/plugs on the sidewall. If there was a way for me to put 0 stars i would. stay away from this place and get your car worked on by CERTIFIED mechanics. read more

Been coming here for years with no problem. Two days before Christmas some thieves tried to steal my tires. They got all of my lug nut locks off but got spooked and ran away before actually taking the wheels. We put glue in the grooves of the wheel lock as a deterrent until my new ones came. I told the guy taking the tire off (that coincidentally had a screw in it) that he needed to use a torch to heat up the glue in order to get the key on the lock He definitely didn't do this but I had no idea that he destroyed my key Four days later I went back to the shop because the patch from the screw hole was not holding. The owner told me there's no guarantees and walked away from me and was so nasty The worker then could not get the lug nut off my truck because they had previously destroyed the Key and told me that I did it. I had to take my truck to Mavis to have the lock welded off the truck and Tony's refused to pay for the removal or even fix the faulty patch. read more

I had a flat on one of my 32.6" tires. My good friend recommended a tire repair place in Ronkonkoma. I was there for over an hour and they could not find the leak. My boss who lives in Massapequa suggested Tires by Tony. My tire was in very good condition and retails for $500.00. I was nervous when the technician jabbed the tool they use, into my tire under one minutes time of him looking at the tire. I have to say, the guy has a good eye bc he found the leak. I also have had no issues with this tire since. I 100% recommend this place. They're not extremely welcoming or warm & fuzzy but who cares so long as they do the job right! Pretty solid place. They almost always have availability to get your tires serviced quickly. I've been there twice and they helped plug up my tires that seem to just always find their ways over screws and nails. The only small issue is that after they plugged up the tire, they filled it up far above the PSI needed which could've been a real hazard. read more

i was in TIRES BY TONY 6/12/24 and there was a woman that started yelling at 3 girls( customers) and Tony the gentlemen he is tied speaking to this woman to calm the situation down and she turned to him and said mind your business and get me a tire!! i have always gone here for my tires. never had an issue ever! until now. I have a jeep compass. first time getting new tires on it - my dad brought it in for me. After a few days, I noticed anytime I drove over 40mph my steering wheel would shake so bad and the drive was very bumpy. I'm a girl so idk anything about cars to be honest. Told my dad, and said it could possibly be from imbalanced tires after googling and he said okay seems right I'll bring it to the mechanic (we've been going to the same one for 10+ years & I needed an inspection anyway) . mechanic told us tires aren't good and ALL 4 TIRES WERENT BALANCED. That's what you pay for when you get new tires right? front driver side tire had 1000lbs weight to it alone. $200 bill later (and no that didn't include my inspection) I will never come back here ever again. not even worth it to argue to get them to foot the bill for their mistake. Theyll just lose business and I'll never recommend them to anyone anymore. read more

My left rear tire was very low on air so I went there and they took care of me right away. Turned out I had a screw in the tire so they were able to patch it up instead of replacing it. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, service was quick and you can't beat the price. I highly recommend them!! read more

They charged me to patch it again and lied about it having a nail in it. When I confronted the owner they didn't own up to it and when I agreed to pay and tried to negotiate the price, the owner, Tony, was extremely rude and RACIST. He told me to "go back to my country" which is sad because I was born and raised in Queens, NY. I've been going to Tony's tires for years and usually they're good. Today I went for a patch and I usually pull my own car in and out of the bay. Today someone else pulled my car out and I noticed a scratch on my door. I went to the workers and explained very politely that I believe they scratched my car and the owners son played stupid. He then went to get his dad. The owner came out with an attitude and starts arguing with my unprovoked. I ask him if his cameras work and he doesnt answer me.
