My experience is the same as Lorraine S. from Chandler in regards to screens. i first called in and left a message and got a call back from Romeo (son). Delightful young man telling me that they specialize in quality service. My long time window washers are out of business and as I told Romeo I am looking for a new service provider to come out every 6 months on schedule to clean windows. Romeo assured me they would fit the bill so I decided to give them a try. They did show up on time. The screens were already off in my garage-- marked where they were to go by the painters who had finished my house the day before. The screen fasteners were in a container Screens put on backwards, screens falling off. A dozen screen fasteners were still left over never reinstalled. Window tracks left dirty and some of the screens were still dirty. I did not notice this until my house cleaners found one of the screens had fallen off a door on the balcony And I took a closer look at their work. I called and left a message to call me to resolve issues. Guess what... no return call. Then I decided to look at their reviews and now know who and what I am dealing with. Also forget about the prices they advertise on their website. They upcharged me much more than the prices they are trolling with on their website. My total price was $360. I had to leave before they finished so I gave them a check and I asked they leave me an invoice which they did not. I will now have to hire a contractor to reinstall the screens properly. Stay away from this outfit.

When I brought this to his attention and asked when he could come out and fix the issue - he kept arguing with me about it, then realized he misunderstood what I was saying (because he wouldn't come out and take a look for himself) then asked and kept asking for pictures THEN blamed his mistake on me!! He is horrible. If you're just needing a picture hung - he might be your guy but for anything else, DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away). Ian stayed until 9pm roughly fixing my sub-flooring and installing a new flange. The attention to detail was impeccable. The job was done at the highest standard. Fixer responded promptly with their hourly rate, outlined that they prorate shopping time and charge to the minute rather than by the hour. They have an online booking system that was easy to use and after providing photos of the project they suggested I book two techs. I was hesitant about that at first but ultimately glad I did. That vanity was HEAVY at about 250 lbs and it was being installed in a very tight space so having two people worked out so I could do other things around my renovation project while they wrangled with the cabinet and plumbing. Brian and Chang were great. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They made sure we were happy with the project and I was comfortable having them in my home and would happily have them back for another project in the future I also like the fact that the company pays their people, gives them benefits, keeps up with continuing education, vets their people thoroughly, and makes it a point to hire minorities. What was completed: Shelving for 3 walk in closets and a pantry were removed and drywall refinished to blend with knockdown texture. 2 large drywall holes patched and texture matched. I'm doing the painting myself. This was a professional and pleasant experience. The only thing I would say could e improved was if more masking tape was used for the outlets and light switches. I am most likely going to use their business again.
