HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I visited this establishment a few weeks ago. First, the address listed on here is incorrect. It took me to the wrong location. Second, this was my first and will be the last time I ever go here again. I went in for a pedicure. I had gel polish on my toes from a previous pedicure. The lady, whom I unfortunately did not get her name, used a drill to try to drill all of the nail polish off. However, from my experience, you are supposed to 1) drill the top layer, then 2) use cotton, acetone, and foil to soften the polish for easier removal, and then 3) go back with a drill. By her just drilling the polish off, she cut me a few times around the edges of my nails. After drilling the polish off, she was filing my toe nails and cutting the edges. When she got to my big toe on my right foot, she attempted to cut the left side of the big toe. She cut the nail and ripped off some skin causing my toe to bleed. She attempted to calm the situation by wiping the blood away and patting my foot but it was bleeding, swollen, and hurting. Her excuse was that she was removing an ingrown toenail. However, I did not have one. Out of the many years that I have gotten a pedicure, I have never experienced this kind of service and someone making my toe bleed. I asked for her to stop what she was doing and let me leave. I didn't want her to finish my pedicure. I told her, I would pay for whatever service she has given me thus far. Another worker, Kim, came over and also wouldn't let me leave. There seems to be a language barrier and/or misunderstanding of some type. I felt coerced to stay. She finished my pedicure. The ladies I was sitting next to told me that they had never had this other person do their nails. Kim said the pedicure was usually $50 but because of the incident, she would take $10 off. I ended up paying $40 for a shitty experience and pedicure. Kim said if I go back to request for her to help me which doesn't make sense because I would NEVER go back! My toe was swollen for another day after. I was also afraid that this pedicure would cause me to have an ingrown toenail. I would NOT recommend ever going here. I would suggest going the extra 18-20 miles to Salinas. The shop was also hot, the tools did not look clean or sanitized. read more

John has always been my favorite as he knows how to accommodate to my likings for the most part. Lately he has been unprofessional and did this as he was in a rush to finish my full set. On top of taking most of my nail he added the tip and continued to use acrylic regardless of how many times I told him it hurt and it burned. Use to love coming to him as his work was always great but lately he is very rude and gets easily upset and ends up doing whatever he wants rather then what you ask for, not the only person this has happened too either. read more

First time trying out the place. The lady was nice but I hated my pedicure. she cut me. Kept cutting my cuticles a lot when it was unnecessary just to much cutting. and nails came out uneven she didn't even try to blend it out or shape it enough to my liking it was cricked ‍ I would not recommend this place save your money and drive to Salinas! they definitely half assed it here. they don't have enough experience with the nails in my opinion. they also don't understand English well enough to know what u really want. I came into the shop with an idea on what I wanted my nails to be and I came out with a somewhat different idea of what I got which I am beyond happy about because they are really gorgeous nails. There is some left over acrylic around my nails and fingers but that is not a deal breaker for me which personally I'm completely fine about because typically it happens most of the time I get my nails done. One reason I didn't give a whole 5/5 star rating is because he did manage to accidentally cut my right pinky finger so when he put the alcohol which did sting other than that my experience was very well and I even tipped him for it. I do not recommend this place. I went there to get a full set and they did my pedicure and the lady cut me in my toe. Also they made it get infected and also get pus it also got swollen.
