Awfullllll experience!!!!! The bleach blonde Asian girl was the rudestttttt nail tech I have everrrr had do my nails. And she roundedddddd my corners when I came in with squared points! Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. The owner Tina is absolutely horrible. She has zero customer service skills. She's rude and crud to her clients. She is aggressive towards them, and speaks to them as they are worthless. The only reason this review gets a star is because 1) I had too, 2) I had 2 men do my nails the first 2 times I went I. The gal who was at the front was also my manicurist. I came in to have a manicure, remove my gel polish and use regular nail polish. When she found out I didn't want to use gel again she seemed irritated and said that I should have told her that when I called to make an appointment. She was very quick and rush through the process. I felt she wanted me to leave quickly although she did warn me to be careful as my polish was still wet. As soon as I got out to my car, the polish if several nails began to rub off. Good experience! Nail tech is all business and does a great job. I've never had my acrylics applied so quickly and seamlessly before. Took her maybe 30 minutes. Worst place I have ever been too. The nail tech. was extremely rude, didn't listen or care. On top of that she had horrible sanitary practices and then got mad I asked for a shorter length(when cutting the nail length). she got glue all over my nails(which is still stuck together). I only go in for pedicures. I get the middle priced pedicures. I had surgery on my left foot several years ago and it looks ugly. I have mentioned several times to massage my left foot and leg because it would feel good. Never seems to happen. I guess they are afraid to touch it. I get gel on my toes. Uneven trapezoid shaped, poorly painted mess: I had such high hopes, been wanting to come here for soo long. So i branched out from our very large group that goes to kona maiaki nails to give the new place a try, since it was a different owner than the other few bad ones in town (that are all affiliated, heard she branched out on her own and was happy to hear this) I was disappointed. My nails are all crooked. One is so sharp I can open an Amazon box. My foot person spent nearly 20 min rubbing my calf, my left foot didn't get rubbed all but maybe 2 min (approx guesstimate on time) out of the nearly 20 she spent rubbing my calves, she whacked it maybe 4 times but not an actual rub, atleast not in comparison to the right foot. The people next to me got their feet ACTUALLY rubbed, why couldn't i?. She did callus removed the heels, but didn't remove the callus from side of big toes. The paint job is so bad that there is GEL nail polish on my skin and spots on my nails that had no polish, and my nails are cut so crooked they look like trapezoids So much for getting a pedicure for my birthday. I tried to work with either the owner, or whomever was texting me, but they accused me of things, got super hostile, picked apart everything that I said down to the min, blasted my phone with a bunch of video of the employee rubbing my foot (for the short time I already complained about) to try and prove her point. And accused me of telling a bunch of people to write a bad review. When people are entitled to form their own option based on the conversation they heard from her call to me and her hostile texts, let's just sprinkle in the quality of work, too. I teach how to customer service, and this is a great example of how you don't. Maybe take one of my classes, and you might end up with better reviews I'll give a one star, bc at least my right foot had a good rub and bc I have to give something. Is zero an option? read more

The owner Tina and the worker's are some greedy a** b******!!! I asked for regular nail polish I don't know how many times and the lady that did my nails put gel. I have my reasoning for wanting regular polish and she still has to nerve to do the opposite and charge me for it or she would take it off! Greedy a** people! Never going again!!! Came here to switch it up, I usually go to Garden Nails. It's a very calming environment at T&T Nails (and the mimosa helps ). The manicure was perfect, everything I had dreamed off and what I wanted. When I got to the pedicure I was glad to have the mimosa to tolerate a bit more of the pain - 3 toes at minimum were bleeding at this point, one of them significantly. I've been getting pedicures for years and have a high pain tolerance... I would go back for the manicure but not the pedicure. Immediately showered when I got home to wash off blood and realized that either the polish had already chipped on my toes or the corners weren't painted the best. I'll probably redo my toes before leaving tomorrow for Florida.. was very impressed up until the pedicure. read more

Really disappointing experience. Had mother/daughter day of manicures/pedicures. staff was great, and we were pleased when we left. However, by the next day (not even 24 hrs later), my fingernails were chipping. I returned to the salon, and they re-did the chipped polish, but kept making excuses and that I should have done gel instead. I didn't want gel. By first thing the next morning, the same nails had chipped badly again, and others had started to chip too. I contacted my daughter, and learned hers were also chipping badly. After less than two days! I returned again today-day two-and simply asked them to remove the polish since it looked so bad. I was really disappointed not to hear even a simple apology or expression from the owner that I had not received good service/product. Nothing! I'd paid $40 for a manicure that didn't last a whole day! If the salon is not interested in backing their product and services, I'll happily take my business elsewhere. read more

Got a mani pedi today. The salon was very clean and relaxing. My pedicure was great, and she gave me a really good massage. Then my gel mani. She took her time painting it well and not rushing me through. I definitely felt relaxed and like I got my moneys worth. A lot of times I hate spending money on getting my nails done because I feel like they rush me through and I don't get quality for the money I paid. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Terrible service not up to standards, place was busy and all they care about it getting to the next customer vs paying attention to the customer whole is already in the chair. didn't provide all services listed for the pedi chosen, rushed through and it looked like a child painted my nails, when expressing my frustration and disappointment of the service I was repeatedly told by an employee or owner that they don't care. I called back the next day hoping to speak with someone who cared enough to make it right and I was told repeatedly over the phone that they don't care. $60 wasted. I would give them a zero if I could. I visited this shop while on a week long stay in McMinnville and after 3 weeks on the road since my last mani/pedi, they had to be done! I had gel that needed to come off and polish, plus an eyebrow wax. I can unequivocally say it was the worse manicure and pedicure I have ever had not to mention the most expensive for all 3 services. Linda was swapped for some guy who started. I don't know why. The worse part first, she started the mani, removing the gel then started clipping my nails, I told her not to go short, what did she do, she cut all of them almost to the quick. she used the roughest nail file i have ever experienced, it hurt and so did the pedi, I don't know how many times I said ouch. she was more than rough in every aspect of the service. The only good thing I can say is the owner Tina did my eyebrows perfectly, thank God Linda didn't do them, I probably wouldn't have any left. Find another shop, I would not recommend them. read more

My mother in law left crying and when I called about it the owner was extremely unprofessional. My wife then spoke to the son and was told she could get a refund. I called to make an appt and was told to come in at 10:40 so I show up and wait. then I get seated in a chair and she asked me what I was wanting I explained I just needed a fill. then she tells me she doesn't have time that she over booked so she asked me to come back at 11:30 i told her I'd be back i was gonna run and grab a coffee from down the street as I leave and waiting for coffee I got a message asking me not to come back until 3:30/4 pm. at first all my visits were great took her time made sure I loved what I was paying for. however the last time I had gone in when they opened and soon as someone else showed up I was rushed out to the point my nails were not even finished and I complained how steps were missed so today was supposed to be a make up appt why even say yes if you don't have time so your not waiting everyone else time read more
