Love my nail treatments here as they always do an excellent job! Place is comfortable and the people are kind. I am sitting in my chair and getting the most amazing deluxe pedicure. I have had these before but this one is exceptional ask for Kelly. She massaged and melted my stress away while getting my feet in tip top shape. I had my nails done today by Mimi and WOW -- I am absolutely in love with the results! I asked for an ombré solar set and she nailed it (pun intended). The fade is flawless, the shape is perfect, and the finish is just beautiful. You can really tell she has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work. Mimi is not only incredibly talented, but also super sweet and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. worst experience I have ever had at this nail salon it started off with them adding a base acrylic to extend my nail bed and on top of that adding a tip I never asked for the base I asked how much it would be and they said 55$ for just the base that I did not ask for then 85 on top for just the tip and another 20 for design which was a simple striped French tip on top of the double up charge they filled my nails so hard that I drew blood and was in deep pain the owner came in and was trying to convince me on the price after I said no they proceeded to aggressively take off my nails during that process I could hear them talking bad about me right in front of my face saying " disgusting nails" and rolling there eyes after I left my 2 friends stayed and heard them talking bad they also when up to my friends and begged to not leave a bad review I will never be coming back here worst experience and terrible customer service. read more

I've been going here for a couple years now for my brows & recently had a mani with gel with Hanah who is amazing! She took her time and honestly it probably was the best manicure I've had in a while. I'll for sure be requesting Hanah for future visits. Also, they are always good about doing a walk in too when I call to check availability. read more

I love Diva Nails! Ann has been doing my nails and pedicures for several years and she is amazing! The salon is walking distance from my house, and I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I am a bowler, which doesn't correspond well with fake nails. I've been meaning to give a review for the past three months! First off let me say that, Tracy is my usual nail tech but today Soy stepped in for her and she did not miss!! I'm a simple woman, I don't do nothing too crazy, so this ombré fill was perfectly done!! Very demure, very well put together!! I'm loving the atmosphere, prices are great, all the ladies are well educated very fun to be around.. I come from California so I found my forever nail salon!! My name is Paula and I've been going to Diva Nails for years and I always leave with the best nails/toes. I'm writing this review in response to what Madison posted today 2/21/26 that gave a very poor impression of her experience at Diva. Unfortunately for you Madison I was the person sitting right next to you getting my nails done and heard everything you said and I've never heard someone be more rude and entitled than you were to both the owner and other nail tech. You refused to listen and they were nothing but professional. You owe the owner an apology except I don't think you should ever return as you are a nightmare of a customer. read more

Terrible establishment. I asked for my nails to be removed a specific way because I have sensitive nail beds and don't like too much drilling. The owner told me I was too hard to please and that she wouldn't do my nails all because she didn't want to accommodate. She was extremely rude and I had been going there for years. Do not go here!!! read more

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. When I walked passed the salon, the staff were unprofessional, dancing around instead of focusing on their work. I had to come in later. I asked for gel X extensions, but the result was far from acceptable. On top of that, the manager, Soy was rude and grumpy, making the experience even worse. The salon was also uncomfortably humid and overcrowded. I've had much better experiences at nearby salons like Progress, Naile, V&V, or Moda. Save your time and money--this place is not worth it! read more

This was my first time visiting a nail salon in YEARS and it was very pleasant. Very kind staff. I had a very specific color in mind, and Emily (I think was her name) went out of her way to find it for me. I attached a photo of my OVER two week retention! I'm been going to this salon for a few years. Soy is amazing when it comes to designs and just nailing every time. The rest of staff is equally amazing and always do a great job. I've done, shellac, dip, acrylic,etc. My daughter gets her toes done there and she's 5. Everyone makes her feel like a Queen. The space is nice and open and I can always get the appointment date and time I need. I find for the price, I'm always pleased with the service I receive. read more

Had a lovely mani pedi experience here, the girls are so nice and professional. I am very happy with the Japanese cherry blossom spa bomb pedicure snd the gel shellac I got. I wasn't originally going to leave a review, but for how expensive a basic pedicure was, I was not satisfied at all. The first red flag was the prices on the sheet they gave us apparently were not correct. The technicians kept verbally telling us a different price than what showed on the menu and it was almost more than a $10 difference. And when we were all finished, the price went up another eight dollars. I met up with a friend to get pedicures, and I arrived after she had already started her pedicure and my technician had me finished before my friend was finished. We both got the same exact pedicures and paid the same amount of money yet the treatments were completely different. My pedicure was completely rushed because I found out that my technician had an appointment. I completely understand appointments, but if you are accepting walk-ins, don't rush clients unless you're going to charge them less money. The atmosphere was really nice, but just overall I felt super rushed and now less than a week later, my gel nail polish is peeling off, and I've had gel polish that has lasted me almost 2 months. Unless you're a "regular" I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Went to get my nails done for my birthday with an appointment set - with my whole family, I wanted marble nails they said they couldn't do that so I switch to spider webs and they said they couldn't do that either and then completely to no designs were available because Soy wasn't here and they would look bad. I sat and watched everyone get their nails done for MY birthday! Absolutely disappointed. If you offer a service it should be delivered, if it's not available make that clear at the time I set an appointment! Then they proceed to ignore and not offer anything after that, clearly talking about it and looking at me while doing so with attitude. read more

Made an appointment this morning for 6p tonight. When I got there I had to wait about 15 minutes before my service started. Ann did my nails and they turned out really nice. This was my first time doing a dip manicure and I am super pleased with how they look. For $40 and the potential that they'll last a month, it is worth it for a nail biter like me. BUT, the one (major) thing I do find problematic is that I wasn't asked to wash my hands before the service. Ann dipped my finger right into the jar of powder- and who knows what people have on their hands when coming in? This is unsanitary and I know people who have gotten nail infections from this same practice. I hope they change their process, for their clients sake and to avoid damages to their business God forbid something happen to someone. read more

Went in for a full set acrylic and was told that the size and shape of my thumbs wouldn't work with acrylic. They tried to upsell me to a different service. I've consistently had acrylic nails for 25 years without issue. My fault for not just waiting for an appointment at my normal salon. I won't be returning and it only reinforces how much better Progress Ridge Nails is across the street. Don't waste your time with technicians that lack ability. read more

Decided to try Diva after a less than stellar experience at Progress. I'm so glad that I did! They squeezed me in on a busy Sunday before Christmas and gave me exactly what I wanted. I asked for medium length gold glitter ombré in a coffin shape. Natalee was very efficient while still ensuring that all the lengths were consistent and the shaping was excellent. I don't like my nails overly thick and chunky and she gave me a really natural looking set that still feels solid. I will definitely be back! read more

WTF happened today?! I came in with a scheduled appointment for dip mani and regular pedicure. After my pedicure, I was sat with a different technician for my dip and she started it normal with grinding down the top layer but then instead of wrapping my nails in acetone- she used the side of the grinder to shorten my nails until she got to my thumb- then used cuticle clippers to peel off the dip?!?! It hurt and I cried out and had to ask her why she was doing it that way- I then had to explain how they remove the acrylic powder. For reference I've been getting a dip manicure religiously every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. So while I'm not a nail tech- I knew this was just bonkers and it was painful! Back To my pedicure-I had to wait because they were behind which was fine- (tho they did assist a walk in ahead of me while I had an appointment.) I picked out a bright yellow & at some point it looked like they were comparing another yellow that I hadn't picked out but no one said anything & I didn't notice until after but my left pinky toe is an entirely different yellow. If the color I selected was too low they could have just told me and I would have selected a different color. My hand is full of cuts from the dip manicure that I also didn't notice until I had left and washed my hands. I can't believe they charged me $83 and I paid. Oh - did I mention I was there for 2 hours and 47min?! No apologies and they definitely wanted me to just quietly leave. This is really disappointing as a long time customer and what was supposed to be a "teat myself" time literally made me well up with tears and furiously annoyed at the lack care. I will not be back. Had one employee bothered to apologize or attempt to make it right it'd be different- but they had over two hours while I sat there visibly upset. read more

I have had horrible experience at other nail salons since I've moved to Oregon. They have honestly been extremely over-priced and poorly done. I haven't had a full set done in about 6 months because of how bad of experiences I've had here. I thought I'd give the place across the street from my house a chance, and boy am I glad I did. These are beautiful and the same price for a full set with nail art as I spent at Tina's for practically uncured, messy nails. I am very grateful that I found Diva Nails. I had been going there for a long time. Usually walk ins work but last time I went there they said they don't have any availability. So this time since I knew I had a vacation coming up and in a time crunch, I made an appointment 10 days ahead to make sure I would be done ontime for my work. As I was leaving home I got a call that said " sorry we know you have an appointment but two people called in sick so we can't see you till 10:30 instead! " I felt very disrespected with that and the fact that they didn't make their reservations a priority. This place has been going down hill the last couple years and they should know that they will lose their business since there is a mail place on every corner. Don't waste your time to go there. If you walk in they say they are busy and if you make an appointment they cancel on you. Just do yourself a favor and look for better options in the same neighborhood. read more

They can get very busy on the weekends, so call ahead for an appointment! But this is one of my favorite nail salons in the area and you can tell that many people who go here are regulars. I've seen them stay open over an hour past closing to accommodate walk ins and also not rush people in terms of quality. The chairs are comfortable, there's an ATM inside to get cash conveniently, and everyone has always been very friendly. My favorite nail technician is Heidi - highly recommend her! She's wonderful to chat with and makes time fly by. Their selection of shellac/gel polishes is huge and I love that sometimes they've been honest with me and recommended different colors from various brands to get the best quality product. read more

went in last weekend and got my nails done and they did dip, and didn't do the best job. didn't notcie it till later and had to go back and get them fixed. The job they did to "fix" the nails didn't do much and left me just as unhappy as I was before. Didnt feel like they were listening to me when I told them the issues I was having and i just left when they shoudlve just redone my whole set of dip nails. read more

Do not go here! Nails fall off within the first week. I've came here before and the nail tips that were used were different. I got GEL X nails and I even asked the lady doing my nails if they changed the brand of the tips and she said yes. Very cheap . I got my nails done on Saturday and they came off on Wednesday!! Only lasted 4-5 days which is crazy for 100 dollar service. My nails were so unhealthy after and my two of my nails broke off with my real nail and caused me such bad pain. Worst nail salon ever. When I even went to get my nails fixed they told me "this time they wouldn't charge me" it was not okay considering it only lasted me 4 days and they wanted me to pay for them to get fixed. Save your money and time read more

I've called in last minute to book and they let me know if they are able to accommodate my needs. I've never been up charged for all kinds of silly things like in other nail salons. It's a clean establishment. I like that the nail techs pay attention to your vibe. If your headphones are on they will let you just be in your space. If they feel you like small talk, then they'll chat you up. Another plus is they support local schools in the area with fundraising. If you like your nails done, come support a family owned business.
