Super easy to book an appointment with, very accommodating. I just called day of and they were able to fit me and a friend in!

French nail back fill and pedicure with callous removal. The nail tech wore bifocals and bloodied the whole nail bed of my right thumb. I had to tell her to get antiseptic when I was bleeding even though I had told her I am pre-diabetic. There were 2 other co-workers who obviously made this elder nail tech ALSO do all the answering of the phone PLUS scheduling AS she was servicing my nails. My callous removal was minimal and I simply chose to do it myself at home. I will NOT be going back. This is total mismanagement. read more

Let's start this review with what I services I had done : I first had a shellac manicure. The following week I had a shellac pedicure and also got the boyfriend his first pedicure ever! My first review is on my manicure. It turned out perfect!! I was looking for a place that does the job, quick and making it look great and listening to what I want and they did it all! Net is awesome! She is straight to the job and great at it! She got all up in my cuticles and made my hands feel and look amazing! Plus the price was absolutely reasonable!! I also appreciate their Loyalty bonus card they sign after each service! The following week I went to get a shellac pedicure to match my mani and also made my boyfriend get a pedicure for the first time in his life and I made sure to get him the full treatment- paraffin, soak, stone massage, we had Cindy and another gal, and didnt get her name. But this was amazing also!! I see people complain about the price of the bag of the tools needed to do your pedicure, but I have no problem holding onto my stuff and also going to the dollar store to grab some extras for next time! I appreciate the fact this stuff is just for me..freaks me out thinking for over 20 years I didnt have my own! The price tag was what I used to pay out in Cali, but next time I know it wont be as much with my own stuff. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Efficient service and quality work! They really pay attention to getting your cuticles cleaned, the polish application are smooth and they take their time in doing it. The place is decent, it's clean and presentable. I've been to see Loan several times and am always happy with the shellac manicure & pedicure she does; can't speak to how the other employees work, but I have made this my go-to salon when I can get an appointment with Loan. Note regarding the woman complaining about being charged $3 for a baggie of supplies. That threw me off when I first moved to Oregon, too, but it's SOP around here. Customers bring their own files and buffer blocks. Not the sharp tools like clippers, but the rest. So while I understand being offended by the practice, and I agree it's ridiculous, it isn't the salon's fault. It's an Oregon thing. They should explain that better to customers from other states, but sometimes that's where the limited English skills make an impact. read more

I got a mani-pedi and was really pleased with the experience. The atmosphere was calm and everything was sanitary. The women who worked on my nails were genuine and meticulous with their work - in the lines, precise, and done with care. But the aspect that really solidified the whole experience was when I came back four hours after my appointment because my big toe's paint had gotten minorly smooshed after I went to gym and put socks on - I explained what had happened and one of the ladies smiled kindly and said it was no problem to fix it. She didn't make me feel stupid for coming back and she didn't complain or charge me extra to fix it. 100% will be going back! read more

A shout out to an extremely mama friendly business. I was getting my tires rotated and aligned. They called and let me know it would be $400 and 3 hours more than expected. I'm wearing my 7week old, a little frustrated and a little exhausted, trying to decide what to do with the extra time when I spot Nails For You in Tigard. They did a fantastic, relaxing walk-in pedicure. The baby slept the whole time so she snuck me in for a manicure too. Then she offered me a place to change the baby and to sit in one of the massage chairs to nurse before heading back to the tire store. Not to mention helping me with my diaper bag and entertaining the baby while I got my carrier back on. I love that lady Let's show them some love mamas. read more

This place was awful. I got cut 4 times very badly and it wasn't even ackowledged. When I brought it up she managed to tell me that my cuticles were sensitive although I've never had this issue at any of nail salon. She used a dirty/used drill, cuticle cutter, and file. She also managed to cut the acrylic with out asking the length I wanted and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted (see below) she did not even try to match it. When I commented on this she yelled at me and told me she wasn't finished. There was no license available so I'm unsure of her name but I'll never be going back. read more

I decided to try out this salon a few weeks ago and was very disappointed in the services I received. I understand due to COVID, businesses have been hit hard and I never want to hurt a business by a bad review. But after terrible service, I felt it necessary to share my experience in hopes that this business will change the way they treat their customers. I decided to treat myself will self-care before Christmas. I got a Shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. My shellac only lasted two days before it started lifting at the cuticle area and chipped on the tips of my nails. The massage was quick and so-so on my hands. During the pedicure massage, it was very long on one leg, 10 to 15 minutes, whereas the other leg was five. The biggest disappointment during this visit was, the way I was treated during the service by the nail technician. She was very rude and kept saying I was moving and bumping my nails into the towel or into the UV light dryer. I will tell you folks, this was not my first rodeo with getting my nails done! I know to be careful going into the UV dryer and I know to not intentionally put my wet nails onto a towel. There was nothing warm and fuzzy about her, she was getting a job done. I did tell her that I did none of those things and decided to be a little bit more quiet and less chatty during the manicure. I believe the technician noticed that I was being more quiet and decided to start talking and warmed up a bit. While sitting during the Pedicure I noticed that one of my nails was really rough and had bubbles in it. I asked her if she could fix it and she blamed me once again for moving and touching the nail to something. Which I didn't. I spent $71 with the tip and a nail kit (which brings up another issue, they are reusing customers nail kits. I thought that was a big NO, due to the outbreak of COVID). I expected to be treated with kindness and respect, as I have been at other nail salons in the area. But I did not get any of that from anyone working at Nails for You. I will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

She spent the first 10 minutes trying to sell me a box with a nail file and buffer in it for $3. If I'm spending that much for the service I am offended that you would try to sell me supplies to get the job done. What a racket they are running there. She said I could keep them in my purse till my next visit. RIDICULOUS.!! She barely touched my cuticles. I told her 3 times that I wanted the cuticles on my feet done. If I could leave no stars I would. I came here to get eyelash extensions. I'll admit I should have done my research but I did it on a whim. The lady spoke little English so it was hard to communicate, but I can get over that. What I couldn't get over was that she glued the extensions to my actual eyelid skin. Every time I blinked it hurt so bad. I told her when I left it was hurting and she said it was normal for the first hours. After 8 hours I painfully had to pull superglue off my eyelids. This also pulled out a good chunk of my natural lashes. Worst beauty experience ever. Ever. I researched and called many places and all of them say you should never glue to skin. Period. Don't go there unless you are in to superglue stuck to your lids. Horrible :(( read more

I have only had two pedicures here, but have very good experiences each time. Net was very patient and worked hard and very courteously on my feet. I have big feet and they aren't easy to do, but she was very gracious and did a great job. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait. After one of them, I managed to narf one of the nails and came back six hours later after work and she kindly fixed it for me. The atmosphere is very nice. At some salons, you feel like you are invading their space, but here you feel like they are doing a nice service for you. I highly recommend Nails 4 U. read more
