The ready to go drinks are so good. I tried the avocado milk and it was a delight. The avocado jelly or syrup (kind of a mix between both consistencies) was delicious. Shake your drink or stir with a straw to mix with milk. Many flavors, pick up whichever cup you like. About $6 each The deli sushi and sashimi was a highlight for me! Sashimi was so budget such as 8 pieces or salmon for $15, you can roll your own sushi at home with these pieces. Also had speciality pocky and Oreo flavors, imported

I love eating the beef noodle soup here! First, you fill out the order form and pay at the cashier counter. Then, you give it to the kitchen staff (separate window). My order was ready in 10 minutes! I loved the flavourful beefy broth, and the chewiness of the noodles. The beef was so tender and very satisfying to eat. All of this for only $12.99??? Love it!

This T&T is okay, it's inside the mall so there is free parking underground. It's usually pretty good but holidays and weekends can be busy. Like your average T&T, they have your usual produce, meats, seafood and dried goods as well as small kitchen appliances, (rice cookers, pots and pans etc.) The pricing is a pretty standard, maybe a little on the expensive side but the products are pretty good. Service is ok I guess, I only use self checkout..........

T&T supermarket bakery is quick & easy, the steam buns I also get is bbq pork buns, from hot food to pre-packed always good, the counter service is always good, fast to response for the order, Metrotown location is convenient, can shop before groceries, its bright with lighting, no windows.

I mainly came for the rice rolls (fan tun), which I hadn't had in year since my last visit to Canada, and I was not disappointed--they were fresh, flavorful, and reminded me of my past visits. I believe you can choose up to 5 fillings for you roll. You also have a choice of red, white or brown rice. The store also has a huge selection of pre-cooked meals to go, all looking delicious and perfect for a quick and tasty option. Many options for boba too! The price is very reasonable. I'll definitely be back for more on my next trip.

Located right in the Mall. Store is very large compared to T & T Market in Calgary. Enjoyed looking at all the products. We came for fresh BBQ Buns & Mochies. -Plenty of parking at the mall -Staff very friendly Over all really enjoyed the store

I have been going to this T&T since school days and it has expanded since the revamped of metrotown where the old food court right outside was removed. It was great to have a T&T in the 90s (before Crystal Mall was opened) for those living in this area. I stopped going to Chinatown to get Asian food stuff since I could get most basic stuff here. Now you can even get cooked food and it has a mini area for dining in like a small food court. You could get noodles or dim sum food or the usual hot stuff and sushi to eat in (pre covid days). It can get super crowded here and parking is a headache. It is easier to find a spot if you go on weekday mornings but then you are faced with many empty shelves. Now that there are more places to get Asian grocery, I do not shop here often. They do have a decent selection of cookware including Bruno hot plate, bamboo steamer basket etc. You can also get skincare from Asia here with a nice floor space dedicated to it. A good place to shop but just avoid the busy period and the experience will be better.

Combo 2 items (orange chicken + green beans) +steamed rice / Hong Kong Milk Tea
    Ying N.

One of my favorite T&T supermarkets to visit. I tried their 2 item combo (orange chicken + green beans) with steamed rice for $11. Also, I ordered a Hong Kong Milk Tea without pearl at their counter, but she put the label as Shake Mills Tea for $3.99. On the sign it says $2.99. I realized the price was wrong when I was at home. I always like to buy their desserts in this store. They are always fresh. They offer a 10% discount on the whole cake if you order ahead. Highly recommended the Blueberry Chocolate Cake

OH MY GOODNESS!! Where? What? Where am I?? What is all this?? T&T Supermarket is the bomb!! Being Chinese, married to a Chinese, have Chinese furniture, I pretty much love everything Chinese besides its parsley. Weird, I know. So coming into this store, and seeing SO many Chinese produce, dry goods, food, meat, seafood, snacks, and other products, it felt like the right place to be. Even the employees doing samples were speaking in CANTONESE! The other employees as well. My wife asked a question to a staff member in Mandarin, but she didn't really understand. I just pulled my wife aside, and said, "I got this!" She understood me very clearly. Finally! A place where my well taught Cantonese is useful! I felt like home lol! Anyway, this store is located at the ground level of the Metropolis at Metrotown, and it was extremely busy on a Saturday. Yet, the produce and everything on the shelves were well-stocked. All the produce, meat, seafood, and fresh made noodles were all really fresh and excellent quality. There were so many things I wanted to try and buy, but my trip was coming to an end. What's crazy is the price. Everything was pretty cheap, and many of the products were even cheaper or really close to the prices in China. We did a lot of shopping here, and purchased many dried goods and gifts for family and friends back home, and for ourselves too of course. Plus, some food too! There were so many prepared food items you can buy. Everything from beef tendon to pork tongue to pig ears to dim sum to baked goods, and etc. I wanted to try everything! I tried the pig ears, mian jin (Chinese wheat gluten), Duck necks, chicken gizzards, and bean curd strips. Everything was delicious! Overall, I had an amazing time in here. T&T Supermarket really felt like one of those giant grocery stores in China, except everyone spoke Cantonese! All the staff members were nice and friendly and helpful. There were so many sections, and everything looked fresh and good quality. If I lived in Burnaby, this T&T Supermarket would be my one and only shopping destination. Eh, maybe Costco too. It has everything I need and want. I wish T&T would expand to Hawaii. There's nothing like this! Even our Chinatown can't compete with this store! I might move to Canada just so I can go to this store lol.

Compared to the U.S. Asian supermarkets such as Ranch 99, T&T stands out as one of the cleanest here in Canada. Fresh proteins and grab and go items were nicely presented and very fresh! Highly recommend shopping at this particular location.

Cheap. Decent dim sum. That wasn't a drink and more like a jello. Cost was something like $3 USD.

Love this store and this location. Clean, looks new and lots of food options ranging from Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Dim Sum! Plus the food prices are really cheap! Even the boba teas and other drinks are very inexpensive. I wish we have this store here in southern California. Easily the nicest and best Asian Supermarket I have been to in Canada and the US.

    Korean garlic bread
    Carmen H.

I love T&T, I come here weekly for my groceries! They have followed all covid guidelines with social distancing in place, as well as limiting the number of people in the store. However, it can get pretty busy and overwhelming over the weekends. I've been loving their bakery area because they are really starting to step up their game in terms of creativity! Recently there has been a trending food item known as "Korean Garlic Bread" from T&T. My expectations were low cause we thought that maybe it was another overhyped thing, but I was wrong! This is a cream cheese Korean garlic bread and surprisingly it wasn't too heavy. The cream cheese is light and creamy, it had a hint of sweetness, with savoury flavours. It wasn't very garlicky in my opinion but I really like my garlic, so I could be bias. The aromas from the herbs made the garlic bread extra tasty. TIP: They sell out very quick as it's currently a trending item. You can actually call and reserve this instead of hunting them down at different locations. Same day pick-up too! Just let them know what time. We did this with the T&T at Metrotown, not sure if it works the same at the other locations. Also, it tastes a lot better when it's hot. I baked it for 2 minutes at 350 degrees.

It is located right next door to Kim's Mart and is accessible via a flight of stairs leading upwards. They carry all sorts of Japanese goods. I picked up a few bottles of pink coloured Sakura cola there, and some prepackaged seasoned kelp which I like using at home to make onigiri. Usually I do it all from scratch using dried up sheets of Dashi Kombu. The prepackaged ones will save me a lot of work the next time I want to make them! We also found many items that were expired or close to their expiration date. There were huge discounts on these items. (eg. boxes of powdered drink mixes) We're fine buying these kinds of products as the "Best Before" dates don't necessarily mean "No Good after..." to us! I appreciate that this store openly admits that these products have expired or are near their expiration date. Gotta love the honesty! Quite heartbroken to learn that this place has been put on the market and may be gone soon. Boo hoo! We only just discovered this hidden gem. If this place does go, hope that we can squeeze in a few more visits before it's gone!

Last time I bought some kind of Mango drink with Agar jelly for my daughter. She liked it while I was just OK with it. This time I bought a Passionfruit Lemon Green Tea with Coconut Jelly for my daughter, and a Wintermelon Tea with Grass jelly and Aiyu jelly drink for my husband. My daughter and I both loved the Passionfruit drink. I wouldn't mind buying that one again sometime. Hubby seemed to like the Wintermelon drink a lot. I liked it better than I had like the Mango drink with Agar jelly but still wasn't crazy about it. I really really liked the Passionfruit drink though, so I might buy that one for myself sometime since I only took a couple of sips from that drink and left the rest for my daughter. These drinks would cost a good deal more at the actual Blackball store so getting them premade at Market Ribbon for just $4.99 each is a pretty good deal. If you're not too picky, this is a great place to satisfy a bubble tea craving without breaking the bank!

Parking is plentiful in the lot in front of the building. The inside is definitely bare bones and on the smaller side. However, it was full of customers. They're doing something right. Another thing worth mentioning - they have sashimi grade fish, and as of the time of writing, it is much cheaper than T&T. My only real complaint is that the checkout area is set up rather poorly.
