All the other seafood was frozen Sysco stuff. Crab cakes were the same frozen ones I get at the grocery store - but overcooked and too crisp. I had a crawfish po-boy (they call it the Breaux Boy) - the roll was browned great, the veggies were fresh... and the fried crawfish were overcooked. I honestly couldn't tell if they were crawfish or shrimp - they just tasted burned. Their custom "voodoo sauce" is overly sweet and the sandwich would have been better served by a standard remoulade or even just mayo. I may be prejudiced since we were on our way back from the coast, where we had wonderful fresh seafood. But I wouldn't be back here again.
