This place isn't specifically a place you would want to go to for boba. I believe boba drinks are pre-made that's why. This place is more of a recreation spot to be in with your friends after nearby events, or if you want a little food/drink fix. There are many board games and a foozball table for customer use. They have great drinks! For the milk tea, two flavors could be mixed together, such as strawberry and mango. A lot of people say the drinks are comparable to bobas in the Bay Area. The employees are kind, fun and energetic. They will listen to anything you have to say! Downside is, the chicken has become a rubbery texture, and the coconut waffles and crepes are items that need to be worked on (not crispy enough). I think when I first came here I was excited about the crepes but after exploring the menu a bit I just like everything now. I think the other day they got my order wrong but I want sure but whatever they gave me instead was just as tasty no complaints maybe my regular tea was getting boring to make so they decided to change it up for me. I haven't tried much, my first time here but guessing from how they make they're avocado Boba drinks (which most places screw up all the time), it was great and actually taste like avocado and also had the mango lychee icy/slush that wasnt overly sweet but perfect. I also had a crepe full house with everything and green tea ice cream; they don't disappoint at all it was delicious!!!! I wanted to try they're Bahn MI but was too satisfied. Maybe next time. I love their crepes especially the one called full house where it comes with Strawberries, banana, kiwi and a choice of a drizzle of chocolate or carmel dressing. i enjoy the restraunt since there are games to be played while we are waiting. I was excited to hear about a new bubble tea spot in Modesto. Downtown is a great area for this new station and I'm hoping it stays. The workers are so friendly! I love this place and I am so glad that Modesto has a place that specializes in boba drinks. I usually get the peach milk tea with pearls but they have a ton to choose from. It tastes fresh, and the pearls are delicious. They also have great snacks and treats if you're hungry, and it's right next to the movie theatre. I would definitely suggest stopping by this place. I got the almond milk tea w/ pearls, husband got white peach w/ taro jelly, friend got taro w/pearls. All in all, the milk tea was very tasty. I'm a fan since I grew up drinking milk tea..lol. I had the Boba Guys in San Francisco, so find a bubble tea place that I like is hard. I like the selection of bobas, jellies, and pudding they have, I'm always making new mix's so I'm never bored. Their food is another think I like. The sandwiches can be a little to spicy for me, but when I want to butter up my mom I just head over and pick one of the dessert crepes. Those can always win her over even though she is not a sweet person. Only problem I have is find the right crepe to go with the green tea ice cream, so wish me luck. read more
