We came here on a weekday morning. It is a nice mom and pop shop with very gracious owners. We ordered the salmon crepe and the vegetarian crepe. Overall, the crepes were pretty good, but none of them have melted cheeses. They use feta cheese and so you might not get the melted texture in your savory crepe like you might want. The menu said that our crepes would come with sauce but the sauce was not there, causing the crepes to be a little dry. But overall the food was good and solid, though on the pricier side (the menu prices were not as updated). read more

We were driving through Turlock recently and found The Creperie on Yelp. They do an amazing job on both Crepes and Falafels/Hummus here! Our togo order was placed via DoorDash for pickup and was ready about 15 minutes after. When you walk in, the register and kitchen is to your right. It's a small restaurant but there are a decent amount of seats and tables. It was very well-kept and clean. Our online order was for their Omelette Crepe with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, and cheese. When I got to the restaurant, the omelette was still cooking on the griddle and then placed on a crepe. We also ordered a banana crepe with Nutella. There was such a generous amount of Nutella and a whole banana in this crepe. They have the crepe batter perfected with the perfect amount of chewiness. This place also make some of the best falafels! Ordered 2 of their veggie platters which come with pita bread, 3 falafels, 3 dolmas, hummus, and tzatziki sauce. The falafels are made in-house from scratch. The owner showed me the machine in the corner that he uses to grind the chickpeas. I've never had hummus so fresh and delicious as how they make it here! After trying a few items in the car before we headed back, I knew I would regret it if I didn't order more food to bring back. Ended up calling in for a full order of falafels, a tub of hummus, and pita bread. I don't drive by Turlock very often but you bet I'll be stopping by the next time I do! read more

The crepes are delicious BUT the service is poor!!! Every single time we come in, the first question from the owner/gentleman is "to go?" He states they are about to close with 30min left before closing and consistently encourages to-go orders. This is probably the 4th time the grumpy man makes the to-go order comment. Perhaps, there should be a sign that they only accept to-go orders. The lady is very sweet and tries her best to accommodate. Swung by for a morning Gyro on our way to Yosemite. It was a quiet Sunday morning, and I ordered online ahead of time for pick up. I've never been here before, but the reviews were good and I was craving a Gyro. When I arrived, the order was ready and the owner greeted me as I walked in. I tell her I'm here for a order pick and she asks for my name. i tell her Suzy. She handed me an order and I walked out. Halfway to my car, the owner comes running out. I guess they gave me the wrong order. We swap orders and I'm on my way. In the car, I open up my order. I'm hungry and eager to eat it. Took a picture of how it looks and took a bite. It was a pretty average Gyro. The biggest disappointment was that you could tell that the lettuce wasn't fresh. You know when you bite into romaine lettuce and it's supposed to be crisp, this wasn't. With food shortages and delays nowadays, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it's just hard to find fresh romaine lettuce? Overall, the gyro was average. It was good, but nothing special for me. Didn't fill me up all the way since it was fairly small. Overall I paid a little over $9 for it. Think next time I'll try a crepe if I come by. read more

Stopped here for a late lunch. Clean inside, staff is friendly. I ordered falafel appetizer and a chicken crepe. My tech ordered the philly cheese crepe. All three items were very good. Per other guests recommended the chicken and it didn't disappoint. The crepe is pretty large, definitely filled us up. Next time I want to try the gyro and a dessert crepe. They also have homemade baklava dessert. I didn't try it because the lunch was so big. Next time for sure. At this time they are open inside for dining, socially distanced.
