At 330pm (initial call at 9am) I called back expecting to have my window missing overnight, only to learn that they had taken the initiative and purchased the glass without my confirmation. I was then able to head to the shop where the service was completed. The service itself was top shelf with a high attention to detail and standard. The whole experience was a pleasure and the price, especially in the context of the accommodation and Ronin taking the risk of ordering the glass, was to put it lightly reasonable. Driving along Hwy 401 yesterday, I heard a sharp cracking noise and thought a rock had smashed into my windshield about eye-level. Nothing looked wrong so I kept driving along the rest of the day. Well, due to the hot temperature yesterday and a slight cooling this morning, a pinhole appeared at eye-level along with a 1 centimetre crack on either side of the puncture. The first thing I thought of was to bring my new vehicle to a place I've been twice before. Ah yes, rocks seem to find me! My vehicle deductible is $1K and a new windshield runs $1200+. Well, book a service appointment and let's get it done. Lucky for me, Frank said they were able to repair the damage as it was less than the size of a 25 cent coin. I was back on the road an hour later for just $119. Customer service was great for the third time but I'm hoping to avoid making this a recurring visit.
