This was my first time with Tino. My best friend recommended him to me so I valued her opinion. I was going in for a trim and balayage. My hair is dark brown and had no prior color in it. When booking my appointment, Tino went over expectations with me including what he thought it would look with my hair color. It was great knowing that before I went in. Once I got there, we went over the process in depth and really took time to educate me on what he would be doing. I am not super on point about the latest trends so it was nice being educated on it. It took about 4 hours from start to finish. He informed me prior that it would take about that long. He would explain each step he was doing and made feel at ease throughout the entire process. The end result was amazing!!! He did an incredible job with the color and cut! I've never had anyone so detailed with my hair! He also said that if there was anything I didn't like he would fix it free of charge. That's always nice to know! I would 110% recommend him to anyone! Great experience, atmosphere, free parking!!! Tino did a great job with my haircut. He gave me what I was looking for, which is a 0 with a mid-fade and left the top alone. He only touched it to make sure that it would grow evenly. Tino is amazing! I went in with a photo of an ashy balayage (I have naturally dark brown hair) and he told me to get it that light it may take a couple sessions which I expected. After the first session he said my hair lifted pretty well considering Asian hair is usually stubborn and becomes brassy sometimes so one more session could help get it to the ash color I want. It turned out so good even after one session and I'm in love with my hair! I was always too scared to do anything drastic to it but he made the process so comfortable and I'm so happy with the results.
