Hour waiting for them to tell us it could not be done and the firearms needed to be shipped ffl to ffl. Not true. Hey Green Monstar, its okay for you to say you dont want to get involved in that transfer at that time. The lady who I saw for about 5 minutes the whole hour came out and asked the guy working the counter to when he had a minute call so and so to come pick up his sh!t (appeared to be a pistol) Nice touch. Turns out, the mount didn't fit the suppressor, and now they won't let me return it, so I have a paperweight. Their suggestion was to purchase another suppressor that will fit the mount they sold me, and to also purchase another mount from them that will fit what I already have. I recently traveled to Sportsman's Warehouse in Altoona after learning from their website that they had the rod holder I wanted in the size I needed. The website was very clear that this size of this item was in stock, could be ordered online and picked up today ( see attached screenshots). I decided to just drive up and pick them up rather than ordering ahead. When I got to the store I was informed sorry we are out of them. In fact it wasn't just this size they were out of. They only had one of four available sizes in stock. This despite all sizes being listed in stock, available today for pickup in the store. I did get an apology from the salesperson, but that doesn't compensate me for wasting half a day and $20 in gas to get there and back. Don't believe anything you see on their website. They probably haven't got it. This is most disappointing as I really enjoyed shopping there in the past. Guess I'll have to go elsewhere in the future.

He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. After cancelling my order and issuing a full refund, I went back on their site and ordered the same revolver again. This one came in poor condition as well. Shane, again, spent a ton of time with me, and ultimately I elected for a refund. Smith and Wesson gets a 0/5 stars. Sportsman's Altoona should get 10/5 for how helpful they were. Couldn't have been an easier process with a better staff. I would absolutely go through them again.

Their rep hit me up right away here on Yelp, and I made the drive a few days later to look into a Cerakote finish for my latest handgun conquest. Pricey for sure but my word does it look like a brand new firearm. I'm taking my wife's P22 there soon to get some fun color but the regular gunmetal finish I got for this Colt really is impressive.
