Upon returning the shirts to the store on Michigan Ave. only the last three were able to be returned because of barcode issues. The 2 identical shirts barcodes could not be scanned. I decided to try the Koles store #0217 on Ford Rd. Two ladies, Marlita and Shannon were determined to solve my problem. They gave me a number to call to give my Order No. and get a number to scan for return. Things worked out fine with one shirt, however, the second shirt that was identical didn't scan because one was regular fit and the other was slim fit. It's organized for the most part but sometimes the racks are a little crowded and hard to browse through. The book selection is also huge 4 rows/aisles of all types of books. The fitting rooms could use some love . Each fitting room I've been in had a broken chair rendering it useless unless you're setting clothes down . Some of the cashiers do take their time which explains why the line does get long . If you have patience , this is a good thrift .

And I don't recommend their oil change either. They're expensive and don't perform half the inspections they check off on your receipt. Absolutely awful and dishonest!!

It's like its sister store TJ Maxx. There are so many things to browse, and the clearance section is awesome, especially after the holidays. The customer service here is better than the TJ Maxx in Canton. Some downsides: it could be better organized and it is smaller than the location in Novi. Besides that, I'm a fan, and HomeGoods is one of the best additions to Ford Road. It's one of the main reasons I even go shopping at Ford Road.

I almost always find what I need here, great quality, wide selection, and especially handy when my kids suddenly need something for school, like a themed outfit or supplies. I can count on Meijer to have it. The store is clean, well-organized, and the customer service is friendly and helpful. They offer both self-checkout and staffed counters, making the billing process smooth and flexible, which I really appreciate. I've never had any issues shopping here. They also offer some great deals on produce, and one of my favorite sections is the plant corner. I've picked up several beautiful plants over time and always look forward to checking it out. Overall, Meijer remains one of my favorite and most dependable places to shop, clean, convenient, and well-stocked (most of the time!). Highly recommend!
