If you ask for help, they motion for you to follow and they take you NOT to the item but to someone who might understand you. I tried calling 1-800-WALMART and guess what...can't understand the "advocate" either. No one answers when you try calling the store so I resorted to writing the home office. And this is not about the store but the company...I have been trying to get service or a refund for my so called membership since May. Again advocate (and I spoke with 3 such people) say they will credit my account. I'm almost 90. I hope I see it before I die. Walmart "just ain't what it used to be" but corporate but doesn't follow up to see how someone in another country is doing. AMAZON...TAKE ME AWAY!

It was $9.99 and you get use of brushes, a bath, grooming table, soaps, and towels. It was quick and easy and the employee at the register was friendly. Upon walking up to the room there were clumps of hair embedded in the rug. Once in the room everything and when I say everything I mean it, was covered in a thick layer of hair. As you can see in the photos, the bath had clumps of wet hair, the brushes in the room were filled with hair, the place where you put the towels was full of hairy used towels, the walls even had a thick coating of all different color dog hair! It was absolutely disgusting! There was not a single inch of the room that was not covered in damp hair. It looked like the room had a pack of collies fully groomed in it for the last 4 days and not cleaned once. You can tell that not a single employee stepped foot in the area of that room in days! I immediately went to the register and requested a refund. The employee graciously refunded me . I inquired when the room is usually cleaned and I was told at 7pm each night. Well clearly this had not been done as I arrived at 8:40 am and they open at 8. There is no way anyone could have made this much mess of the room in 40 minutes. Pet services at this location are a disgrace! It is in your best interest to go ANYWHERE else is you want to bathe your animal. Truly unexpected condition for a new location that opened in August!

There are many other stores located in the shopping center makes it easy to go pick up groceries, Walmart, liquor, Thai food or just about anything else you might want to find. After shoe shopping. Also very convenient for the guys while your wife or GF is up and down the aisles looking for yet more shoes, you can walk around to some of these other stores in this shopping mall, and entertain yourself. The staff was very friendly here , asked my wife and myself several times if we needed any help and stayed close by to answer questions. Famous Footwear is a large well-lit modern store with styles that change with the seasons at a good price point. Wife was very pleased with their selections and got a pair of sensible comfortable work shoes today.... No sparkly platform disco shoes?? At the corner of the 454 and Suffolk Ave sat an empty Rite Aid FOREVER. I looked at that giant eyesore both ways daily during my commute for what felt like a life time. Finally, a Dollar Tree takes the space. This store is the size of two Dollar Trees and the high ceilings makes it feel even larger. The aisles were clean, free of clutter, and super organized. Now let's get down to business. We all know why anyone visits this store. The candy and the craft section. The candy aisle stretched forever. This place will be my new go to for office drawer snacks. The craft section was TWO aisles (see photos). Lots of Cricut-able stuff. So much better than other nearby locations!
