TJ Maxx has moved to 8525 N. Rockwell Avenue next to Ross. This new location is a larger, with great products and awesome deals, however very unorganized in the houseware department. The Home goods on W .Sahara with TJ Maxx is way to over crowed And lines way too long to check out. I avoid it.

The store is in a very congested area and when you walk in, it is a little cramped. It is hard to get a sales person to assist you because they are busy. They do have a large variety to choose from you just have to look for it so make sure when you go shopping here you have time and patience and you will probably find what you are looking for, you will end up also buying things that you weren't looking for so I'm hoping in the future they'll build a bigger TJ Maxx and a bigger location to accommodate their popularity read more

I have always been treated extremely well at this T J Maxx! Special recognition to all the team there. Shoutouts to Addison, Hailey, Cheney snd the jewelry department and hardworking checkout pros! The location of the store is moving on NW Expressway closer to Rockwell in the same Shopping Center as Target and Ross. While the store location is closing there, they are selling off their entire inventory rather than move it! Go see... I think they are out of there by 10/15/23. read more

They still have the best dressing rooms! Plenty of room and hooks to organize everything I wanted to try on. The store was clean and bright and I found a few things I needed at reasonable prices. The young women at the dressing rooms were delightful and very efficient. read more

Poor customer service. There was a line at the checkout while one woman was working to check out the customers meanwhile four young girls stood behind the counter and talked. Someone had to say something after 5 minutes and one of the four returned to a register to help customers. read more

I don't do this very often, but I'm upgrading my review from a 4 to a 5 for my visit to @tjmaxx yesterday, based on the incredible selection. I also think I enjoyed it so much more because I was with my mom; it was good to have her opinion and her help shopping. It was also like 4 on a Tuesday so it was practically empty, except for the helpful staff. Belinda in the dressing room area deserves a special shout out for being perfectly lovely. Here's what I scored yesterday: -this season French Connection striped dress - featured in a current magazine showing the hot spring styles. -lace Max Studio dress, blue with pink slip underneath -baby blue DKNY leather jacket -sheer ivory Cynthia Rowley top with tank -black Kors by Michael Kors skirt -navy French Connection skirt -silk 'flannel' style shirt that I'm sure I will live in. So, that's pretty much a whole new spring wardrobe for me, and the total, with tax, was $240. I could have shopped for another two hours and probably found ten times as much. I am glad I stopped when I did - I will have plenty of fun enjoying all these pieces! This is after shopping here at Christmas to completely redo our bedroom and finding wonderful bedding and accessories for next to nothing. Again, could have done a lot more damage, but we love all of it and it is very high quality. If I can't buy it at TJ, I'm not sure I need it. read more

Good selection, but customer service needs work. This looks like a relatively new TJMaxx location. The inside was very clean and well-organized. Their selection of items was great. In particular, the amount of haircare products they had was great. There was a Giovanni hair gel that I haven't been able to find anywhere in months that was available here. Everything was great until the checkout. Three cashiers were open and all of them were having difficulty. Maybe they were training? The line was unusually long for midday on a Tuesday. A couple of associates were just hanging out behind the registers too. They eventually added a fourth cashier and the line started moving, slowly. Based on their product assortment, I'd be willing to come back and see if maybe the poor customer service was just a hiccup. read more

This tjmaxx is never busy! I wonder if people forget about this location since it's way far out there on expressway? Their home furniture selection always has tons more than the edmond location!! Their clothes and accessories selection is always on point and same with home. The employees are friendly and they have multiple people working the registers to keep the line moving which is important! I've waited in the edmond line for what seems like forever and it's dangerous because they purposely place the great chocolate and darling socks right there! read more

I really like TJ Maxx and Marshalls, but this location is not good. It isn't organized very well and has what seems to be subpar merchandise compared with the one in Edmond. I don't want to pay $40 for a shirt by some designer I've never even heard of and could probably find for a better price on a Dillard's sales rack. read more

TJ Maxx is sexist. Okay that's a bit dramatic, but it seemed like a good heading. But seriously though, TJM doesn't hide the fact that the customers they really care about are you lovely ladies. If you have a Y chromosome though, you're kind of an afterthought. I will make my case with the evidence detailed below: [Exhibit A]: Men's selection is limited. Not only limited, it's kind of expensive unless you're good about digging. Don't get me wrong, it's not alllll bad. I bought three pairs of dress slacks recently and they're fairly modern (for the price). One of them is Van Heusen (slim fit), another is Izod (slim fit), and I forget what the last one is, but my point is, there is no Faded Glory[1] to be found at TJ Maxx. And the three slacks set me back approximately $30.00 (total). Is that cheap? I think so. But I think I found the only three nice men's dress slacks in the entire store. If you drift away from the few clearance racks and venture toward the other racks, the prices stop being reasonable. In fact, they get ludicrous and you may as well shop at the mall at that point. And beyond the few good items (that you have to put your archaeologist hat to find), a lot of the men's stuff is designed for the... Well, let's just say there's some ugly stuff. [Exhibit B]: There is no shoe department for men. At all. None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. Nada. In fact, if you go to their website, they don't even mention it, because TJ Maxx has decided for whatever reason that as a retailer, it doesn't want to deal with men's shoes. And that's certainly their prerogative, but it again strengthens my belief that the store clearly isn't trying to meet the accoutrement needs of the average man.[2] [Exhibit C]: They refer to all of their shoppers as Maxxinistas. Bad customer service. Bought a car charger that didn't work-package was open, I exchanged it right away. The one I exchanged for didn't work either. Brought it back right away, asked for a refund. Got send all the way to the back of the line (which was quite long at this point). It wasn't my fault the gather didn't work, I even called the customer service number on the package. Will not be coming back to this location and don't recommend you do. read more
