I love that this store is located near home although it does get me into trouble because it's so close lol. Been on the hunt for sugar free (skinny girl) peach flavor for my tea although can't seem to find anywhere around and I don't want to order and pay shipping. I come here often and I really enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx. My one criticism is that the store stays in disarray and things get moved a lot. This is just part of going to any TJ Maxx though. I do usually find an associate on the floor to ask but I think sometimes even they don't know where to find things because they have been moved. This location usually has a good selection of products. I live shopping in the gourmet section and always find something new to try. They have so many products at reasonable prices! The beauty and home selection is usually good too! The clothes are very hit or miss for me. If I don't have a lot of time, I skip those sections. When I find something I like, they don't have my size. My friend who was with me buys plus size clothing and the selection for her was really bad. I did find some nice shirts for my boyfriend and a sweater for myself last visit. TJ Maxx still gets 5 stars even with my criticism. The pros outweigh the cons and I ALWAYS find plenty to buy! This location was is very good as well. Clean, friendly employees, and even when there's a long line, it moves surprisingly fast. read more

Nice store. I go here when the wife drags me kicking and screaming. The funny thing is that I usually leave spending more money on things than she does! How? I head straight to the candy isle then hit the kitchen food isle. They gave some good stuff especially their strawberry soda! After that, it's off to the dog toys where I always have to buy something for my GSD. read more

Love this location for their jewelry, always a great selection. Looks like they brought in a bunch of new options as well. Pleasantly surprised at how much stuff they brought in for Christmas. Cheerful staff and everything is clean and organized. All of the giftable items are organized in groups on red tables throughout the entire store. read more

Due to COVID-19 the store isn't fully stocked but they are filling the shelves quickly and providing a place for people to get out and shop which is something wonderful in itself. I've been here twice recently on two separate occasions and both times, there were plenty of things to peruse and the staff was nice. I am looking forward to things they will have in the future once all of this has blown over but for now, I enjoy what they are offering. read more

Good TJ Maxx experience here!!!! I love looking at the purses, toiletries, shoes, house items, doggie stuff, and clothes! In that order like a circle! The shoe section is a nice size. I have seen bigger, but the shoe selection was nice. The clearance section was on the back back wall. I looked at the clearance section in the woman's clothes! There were amount left, and no complaints of the prices. Checking out this store, I think it is smaller than others. It is still a good spot to stop! I needed something to do after dinner and I just found a TJ Maxx location I hadn't visited. They have a fairly decent sized accessory and hair/make up selection, but none of it is.. what I'm used to. I'm used to name brand makeup (Something other than ELF or Max-something) Their Haircare was up to snuff though. Their clothing was .. limited to say the least, but I did notice that they had a decent selection of NYDJ, some of the best fitting jeans made. THey had a neat selection of gift wear and house wares, which made things interesting when shopping. All in all, this store is a bit picked over, but clean. read more

Ive had a very good customer service experience while I was in the home section. I was looking for Christmas decorations but I couldn't find any that interested me. However, fortunately I found an employee that helped me out right away! I wish I could find him a personally thank him. His name was something like Edguardo he looks a little asian. Terrible experience returning items. I was questioned hard why each item was returned. Even though the return was within 30 days -- they did not allow refund to the original payment. I always have challenging experiences at this location -- much prefer the one in Brandon, FL. read more

Extremely rude employees. The store closes at 9:30pm and I came in at 9:00pm and asked to try something on. The employee very rudely told me the fitting rooms are closed, I didn't have a problem with them being closed and I asked what the return policy was and the employee again VERY rudely said "if you have a problem with it speak with the managers in the front." I repeated my question because I figured she didn't hear me because she was older and her response made no sense. Her second response was very short and she said "1 month." I then asked if I could give her the clothes because I didn't want them anymore and she rolled her eyes again and snatched them from my hands. Throughout the entire interaction she never looked me in the eyes or had positive body language. Do better. read more

Pretty good selection of items, stuff is kind of all over the place but that's expected. I LOVE the homegoods section! You can always find some goodies for cheap especially over the different seasons, they currently already have a small section of Halloween items and had very cute pillows and cups! Their clothing isn't very plus size friendly but I have a mental note of that so don't go shopping for clothing there anyway. Lots of name brands at cheap prices. This particular TJMaxx was very inviting and the service was very friendly and efficient. The line was long but took no more than 5 minutes to get through everyone. read more

This TJ Maxx is much smaller and picked over than I thought it would be. The plus size rack is only one rack and they do not carry many of the brands that most of the other stores in the area do. I did like the luggage and handbag section here, there were some excellent finds and it was well organized. The speedy check-out process at this location was also great for those who do not want to wait an hour. read more

I like the way they have rearranged the store to feel more like a department store than a discount clothing store. Many of the times it is hit or miss at these locations but luckily I was able to find a wide variety of items. Their home section is on par! There were so many different knickknacks and fun items I had to have for the house. The baby sections is a bit in disarray but if you dig deep enough you'll find some great things. read more

Good selection - I wasn't completely wowed but still had some great finds. For example: Under Armour sports bra that retailed at $34.99 for $16.99... dog bowl placemat (who knows how much it should have cost) for $3.99... $70 jeans for $29.99, etc. Not bad. I've been a loyal customer of TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods for years and spend several thousands every year with them with purchases for family, gifts, home,business and so on. Today I tried to make a return (I rarely make returns) for store credit for a purchase I made less than 30 days ago and the manager, Tom D, was rude and insisted I needed a receipt. Their website clearly states that store credit is provided when receipt is not available. The item was intact and has never been worn. Also, I was looking to purchase a more expensive item to replace the original one along with other items which would have been around $274 extra. The manager, Tom D, seemed to have made an assumption about me and made a decision about not accepting my return with in seconds. He looked me down and refused to adhered to TJ Maxx return policy. He didn't even care to look at the tag, credit card, or purchase history with TJ Maxx. I've never had such terrible customer service experience. read more

Called to find out what time they open on Sunday. Told 9:30. Drove out of my way to come here. Store not open? Another woman with 2 kids also shows up and says she was also told 930? I called again and manager said they open at 11. I told them you have several people outside your store because your employees are telling people 930. He said, I open at 11. Seriously, even though this is not that big of a deal, the manager could have been more apologetic or let us in since I just drove 40 minutes out of my way! read more
