We have three young children (ages 1, 3, and 6), and they have always been taught to purchase before opening any items. They do not open merchandise to take or steal it. I told the manager that if they could show me video footage proving one of my children opened the packages, I would gladly pay for the damaged items. Instead, I was told that "corporate called" and identified our children, but they refused to show any video or explain which child they were referring to. They continued to accuse us without providing any evidence. They also was unsure if it was our kids did it or not as they confirmed there were opened item before my kids walk pass the aisle. Being accused of something like this, especially involving young children, was upsetting and embarrassing. If a store is going to make such a serious accusation, they should be willing to support it with clear evidence instead of expecting customers to accept it without question. My 3 and 6 years old said they did saw the opened items, but they did not opened it. I hope Daiso reviews how situations like this are handled. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and accusations should be based on facts, not assumptions.

This woman-owned business is a home design studio, but it's also a specialty home/kitchen shop supporting local businesses. Amanda (the owner) and Alicia are so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They make me feel right at home and as if I have known them for years. You should definitely check out this hidden gem. We were shopping for beds and taking several minutes trying them out. After showing us a few mattresses, we weren't finding any that we loved. All of a sudden, the salesman stated "Ok, bye, have a good one" in a totally dismissive manner. He did not say this in a friendly tone and immediately walked away from us and sat down at a desk, completely ignoring us until we left the store. My wife and I were very confused by his behavior since we had been friendly toward him during the entire visit. His statement was extremely sudden, rude, and out-of-line, ending any chance of us purchasing a bed there. I don't write many reviews but wanted to share the experience we had. We will never go back to this store and don't recommend it to anyone. I selected one star for the review of this business but it deserves a zero.

I mean, I wasn't really in the market for specific items, but we found a meat probe for a good price, and actually some snacks too. It's too bad that I didn't live closer because they had patio furniture for sale at this one, and it would've definitely been worth the drive! The food aisles were plentiful (not like a different location that was mostly slim pickings). They do change out their inventory regularly, since this is a close out type of store. They asked if I had a style and once I showed them my vision they found me multiple dresses exactly what I wanted. Never asked me if I had a budget or stoped me from trying on a size to big or small.
