After multiple calls, texts, and emails, I would sometimes wait weeks for a reply, usually being told there were "technical difficulties." The overall experience felt very unprofessional, especially after already paying a deposit. If you are investing in cosmetic tattoo work, you want someone reliable, responsive, and consistent. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I ended up going to Hailey's IBeauty instead and had a much better experience. Hailey was kind, professional, responsive, and accommodating from the start.

I have no issue with paying top dollar for an expert when it comes to beauty services. I do not feel the attention to detail was there. I do not like leaving such reviews but I have never got a skin cut at other comparable eyebrow salons. I also do not use any retinol products so I feel it was more about the skill/technique.
