Honestly, just solid average pizza. Service was good, crust and ingredients are solid average.

Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. T-Mama's, in my opinion, has plenty of integrity. In their story, T-Mama's talks about changing the status quo in what they are trying to do. I say this lil shop has accomplished just that. I have lived in Colorado since 1969, minus my time in the USMC, and have lived in and around the greater Denver Metro Area during that time and 2 years ago I moved into the Aurora area near the VA hospital. 3 weeks ago I went to order from my local favorite pizza place and found out that the business closed as a result of the pandemic. This set off a bit of a panic attack, as I am a creature of habit, and having to search for a new place has typically been quite the endeavor and usually requires numerous attempts before I land on a particular place. I had one friend over and we found T-Mamas and decided to give them a shot. We received the order on time and the pizza was hot and fresh. The crust was done well and had good flavor, the T-Mama's sauce was fantastic and blended perfectly with the crust and ingredients we had selected. Over the last few weeks, while recovering from surgery, I ordered several pies for myself. The pizzas were just as consistent and wonderful as the first delivery. On 7/30, I had several friends over for a "movie night" and we decided to order pizza from T-Mamas. We ordered 3 different pies so everyone had a chance to try a few varieties. Once again, the pies arrived hot and fresh. However, one of the pies was missing a few ingredients. I contacted the store and I spoke to two different people, who were extremely polite and bent over backwards to correct the error. I was very satisfied with the resolution, and went on enjoying the pizza even though it was missing those other ingredients. On 7/31, I got a voice mail and a text from the owner to apologize for the mistake and had made a decision to extend other remedies for the oversight, and also extended his generosity for a future order. When I read the text and listened to the voice mail I could not believe the fantastic measure they went too in order to set right what was wrong. The integrity and generosity of T-Mama's and the owner are a very rare quality in the restaurant world. I was very happy with the resolution of 7/30 and was not expecting anything further and was ready to continue to order from them in the very near future. The personal touch of the owners following up went far and above any expectation I could have imagined. This is the type of business I will gratefully recommend and will continue to be a patron for as long as I live within the area! T-Mama's YOU ROCK! To me the pizza was too salty. Also too much oil was used. But that may just be my preferences.

Delicious, attention to detail. They called to clarify my substitutions before preparing the meal. Excellent customer service

2/7/2020 update: Just tried the Vegan Margherita and it seriously is amazing that it's vegan! It tastes just like real cheese. I also got the Vegan Gyro pizza and I went into it not expecting too much but I really wanted to try it because I think it's pretty new. Let me tell you this pizza was epic! The taste is so complex, I can't believe the flavors work so well together! Both are highly recommended guys! They also gave me 3 free empanadas for it being Valentine's month. This place is the best pizza in aurora hands down!! My husband and I ordered from here initially on uber eats out to our home in GVR and we fell in love! I work right down the street and was able to go in person and pick up our pizza the next time we ordered and met the owners- they are so sweet! They threw in dessert just because! Wow!!!!!! Took my family here today and it wasn't what I expected. They make their own dough and cheese and the ingredients were FRESH! We had the Gyro pizza and it was amazing!!!!! We live all the way in Green Valley Ranch but we will be making a point to drive to T Mama's Gourmet to get our pizza for now on. They even let us look at the kitchen and it was CRYSTAL CLEAN! Honestly, probably the best pizza I've ever had. I got the Floridian and the pepperoni- neither of them were a mistake. The kitchen was easily the most pristine kitchen I have ever been in. The owner was extremely nice and welcomed my boyfriend and I into his kitchen so we could see exactly how perfect and clean it was. Ok, so, it's hard to explain to non-vegans. I get it, cheese, pepperoni & just pizza in general is an addiction for many carnivores... My family has been plant based for four years. Trust me, we've had moments of "cheating" and eating animal cheese on a lazy evening where we order pizza from a chain (never cheat on meat).. And every now and then, cheese in a potato burrito with vegetarian chili. Well, no more do we need to cheat on pizza! I had the Empanadas (see pics) and they were tasty. The customer service put them over the top to the 5 star mark. The ladies who I interacted with were super nice. Since it was my first time they gave me a dessert empanada which was the first time I had one of those. They seemed like they were excited to make sure I enjoyed my meal and were thankful for my purchase. I really do wish more restaurants treated their customers like they did to me. Very disappointing experience. We ordered and got very small pizzas for a lot of money. The amount of money they charge for the tiny pizzas is no where near appropriate. Pizza tasted okay. Pineapple pizza had 4 slices of pineapple on it. Very disappointing that we spent that much money on food that was that size and quality. Will not be back and would not recommend. The menu is very deceptive. First time I have ever felt conned with ordering food. They are not transparent that pizzas are individual size and size is very hard to find on multiple menus online. I drive for a food delivery service and this restaurant has their covid 19 precautions down!! One of the only places I've been that I've actually been impressed by the system they use. Great pizza's and even greater employees. We were flying in to Denver and were picking up several pizzas to take to nurses/staff of UCH CTICU but our flight kept getting delayed. They were incredible and just kept pushing our pickup time. Then they threw an extra pizza on top of our order. There aren't a ton of good vegan options in Aurora, but this place is the exception. Everything we got was incredible! The vegan gyro pizza and the vegan chicken teriyaki were both amazing. I really appreciate that they put some thought and creativity into their vegan offerings; most places don't do that! Additionally, we got the beyond meat and vegan spicy chicken & cheese empanadas.
