I am a longtime customer of Sprint and this was my first time in a T-Mobile store. The service was excellent. The person who helped me explained my options. I have not bought a new phone in a long time so there was a lot to explain. The store atmosphere is bright and pleasant. Because of covid there are many extra precautions still in place. There are limits on the number of customers inside at one time. There are places to stand outside or perhaps wait in your car. I was one of two customers at the time so I did not get the opportunity to test that out. The counters are sanitized between customers. I touched a couple of the phones. I asked about that and I was told they would be sanitized after I left. Overall a pleasant experience. I will be back. read more

If you are already a customer that needs service though, they will factually go out of their way and lie to you about their role in assisting you with any type of equipment exchange you may need because it doesn't help their numbers. Because of that, the salespeople act like a cross between door to door salespeople, and carneys. Avoid this store at all cost if you're an existing customer. Last year I came in and Cin went above and beyond to help us. Yesterday I went in and this bald man with no name tag who I assume was the manager based on the different shirt was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional to say the least. We came in and sat down because they looked busy. The man said "how can I help you" We told him we got a message from T-Mobile saying our new phone was here and we could come swap them out at anytime prior to 12/22" he immediately gave us attitude and his tone was condescending as hell. He proceeded to say we don't do that in store. You have to call T-Mobile and they'll send it to your address. Now normally I wouldn't mind someone explaining the process to me HOWEVER the fact that he took it upon himself to say "NO" truly put me in bad mood. He finally said well I guess I can go check in the back. He was gone for a literal SECOND maybe two and came back out EVEN RUDER THAN BEFORE asking for IDs and phone number. Because when he went to go "check" the first time he didn't have any of that so I'm not sure how he went looking for something he had no idea about but that's besides the point. He takes the information and sees WOW we have a phone sitting at this location. He gave the excuse "oh that's in a different part of the back" instead of apologizing or being ignorant! This T-Mobile is pure garbage! From the rudest customer service to the incompetent power hungry managers I don't foresee T-Mobile sticking around. We decided to switch to Verizon. My advice skip this location all together. Driving out of your way to a different store is FULLY worth it I promise. read more

I went in to see what upgrade options I had. I told him on my app it was showing zero dollars today for the iPhone 13. His response was we don't hand out Free phones over here ". I was not asking for a free phone. I was asking for zero down but that's why I was with Sprint instead of T-Mobile. I did not get a name but an older heavy set guy. I asked to see some budget friendly phones and he said in the most rude and loud voice " all our cheap phones are on that wall but they suck" I'd recommend a more expensive phone" then goes on to tell me why they are better. He was telling me he wasn't a mind reader when I asked if he could tell me what phones were in stock. And started talking louder over me like I was not the customer? Swinging the iPad 2inches from my face at times while talking. If you want to keep your customers then he needs to be fired! Or make a training video of what NOT to do with a customer. We where there trying to switch plans to T-Mobile one. they where not very helpful at all and referred us to call 611 because there's a line still on the account that we no longer have, instead of them getting in there.. This guy who helped us out at first didn't even try to make a sale at I'm at $100 from an upgrade. So then he called his boss this store "manager" to see if he could help, its some rude black guy with dreads instead of being helpful started to talk back with me because I asked him why couldn't they do anything with for us. Long story short these guys need training all together and start with a new crew. read more

Some things require that the customer go to the store. This location is an example of a bad company with even worse individuals. Now it is Nov. and I am back in the store because service in zip codes 87109 and 87111 are absolutely terrible. Many other people waiting are experiencing the same poor service. What makes it really bad is that some of the reps act as if they are of non traditional sexual orientation and they take pleasure in creeping out with their gestures the people that are forced to wait. Twice I have waited in there but now they avoid me because they know they can not bamboozle me into buying an upgrade that will not work in a year. This review applies to the entire T Mobile service, not this specific location. 1. Customer service terrible- only about one in five reps is knowledgeable. 2. Plan protection service rips offs the customer. I paid to get a replacement Samsung and was shipped a defective ZTE that the reps never heard of or could help me set up. 3. Phone service- Randomly stops working for any where from an hour for up to two days. The reps always blame the weather or lightning strikes on a cell tower. The CEO of this company needs to be held accountable. Public flogging and asset seizure would be suitable. AVOID T MOBILE read more
