A true measure of a business is how they handle things when things go wrong…read more I want to start by saying the actual service experience was good. Fast turnaround, friendly staff, and when my first screen replacement had dying pixels, they replaced it under warranty without any pushback. That part of the experience deserves credit. However, the second replacement screen was also defective. Graininess in low light, visible dark spots, and the screen would go completely black during phone calls. At that point I asked for a refund rather than a third installation, since I'd already spent enough time and didn't want to gamble again on the same part. This is where I think the real test of a business happens. Anyone can deliver good service when everything goes smoothly. What matters more is what happens when it doesn't. I had an independent diagnosis from Apple confirming the display issue, and the shop initially agreed to a refund on the condition that I return the old screen. The problem was that Apple, who repaired the phone separately, retains all replaced parts as their own property and doesn't return them to customers, a policy I confirmed directly and documented for the shop. In the end, the shop declined to issue a full refund and only offered a partial refund for labor, even though the part itself was the source of the defect, not the installation. I came into this wanting to be fair, and I gave the business multiple chances to resolve it. I think it's reasonable to expect a full refund when a product fails twice, especially when returning the part wasn't even possible due to circumstances outside my control. I'd recommend this shop for routine repairs based on their speed and friendliness, but be aware of how they handle things if something doesn't go as planned. They would reference that they work with the local Apple Store, but I spoke with the Apple Store and they have several customers come in after poor third party replacements and service.

I want my money back. The first time I took my phone in, I didn't check to make sure it worked…read morebefore I left the shop. It's inside a 24 hour laundromat. I was open minded. Hey a deal is a deal... I dropped my phone off at 7:30PM. The technician said it would take an hour. They close at 8:30 so I showed up worried that they might close and I didn't want to inconvenience them. My phone was not ready until around 9:00PM so I had to wait another half hour for my phone (that's not so bad). I went to pay with my card and the man asked for cash. So, I get in the car and it's too late to go back... I couldn't do anything on my phone, it was acting bizarre. It had never acted this way before. The screen wouldn't allow me to open anything, I was lucky if I could unlock it. I had to use entirely voice commands, it's a Samsung Galaxy S4. The man had attributed the longer wait time to excessive glue between the phone's structure and the digitizer (glass screen). Apparently the glue kept coming out and he had to keep wiping it away so my new screen wouldn't be messed up. My phone would even randomly skip to the next song when the previous one wasn't finished playing and then completely stop playing music. Mind you, I dropped the phone 8+ months ago and it worked FINE (with cracks in the glass) until I had the glass "fixed." So I had to wait until the next day to bring my phone back. I brought it back, went to get my nails done and came back. It seemed to work, so I went and sat in my car and played with my phone a bit. The screen does not work the same as it did before it was replaced. It is difficult to press apps and it does not scroll properly and I can't open menus. This is still after my THIRD visit to the shop. The first time I picked up my phone, after closer examination at home, I could see the glass separating from the base of the phone. Light was coming out from the sides of the screen around the silver lining, it wasn't attached to the phone! Also, I could feel the screen kind of crunching when I tried to touch and or open apps or do anything on the screen. If I could get something to work, or the phone to unlock, sometimes it would start randomly and crazily typing things and selecting stuff... So after I brought my phone back TWICE (visited them 3 times total), he said my phone was just "lagging." My phone has never been perpetually "lagging." If it is lagging, I restart it and it's fine. I really feel like what ever they did, broke my phone. This is not a good deal. Find some where that has legitimate reviews. The other 2 reviews are written promotions from the company themselves. The 5 star review is made by "Cell P." The company is Cell Pro. Also, they prefer cash, professionals should accept both plastic and paper (checks are kind of a thing of the past). **update... so my phone is dying super fast also, having trouble charging and the bottom of the screen doesn't really work, you know, the bottom tray that stays the same with the important things, like the phone, messages or what ever 4 apps you chose to put down there? Can't select anything down there, even after a restart. Also, The corners at the top of the screen aren't working very well and the menu won't drag down from the top. My phone is so broken. It was not doing ANY of this prior to taking my phone to Cell Pro.

Great service. They fixed my broken cell phone screen and made it new again. Can't recommend them…read morehigh enough.
