This T-Mobile in Angleton Tx sucks every time you go there internet is down, they talked me into a new plan said it would save me 40.00 dollars a month my bill went from $265.00 to $408.00 does that sound like it saves me money. Lake Jackson T-Mobile told me to take it back go back to my old plan and tell them they can't charge me restocking fee. Went back to Angleton they told me I still had to pay the $400.00 and would charge me restocking fee I had for 3 days. Customer service told me Angleton screwed me over on contract. DO NOT USE ANGLETON T-MOBILE. Go to Lake Jackson are Alvin to T-Mobile. I am on a fixed income and because they want a sell they will lie to you. read more

While the workers were very kind, I cannot say they were helpful. I tried for two days in a row to upgrade my phone and they were not able to process it due to problems with their computer system. I wasted over 90 minutes total. Again, they weren't rude, but they seemed confused with me and the other customers in the store. And they kept calling each other "bro" (both females) and saying things sucked. And singing along with the radio. I called T-Mobile directly and within 20 minutes the process was done. read more
