When it was time for the appointment they said this location didn't make appointments, but the person in charge honored it anyway and helped us out. We were getting 4 phones replaced because TMobile wasn't going to support our Sprint phones anymore (I still like my LG V40 it is a solid phone). It was difficult finding a reasonably priced phone that matched the durability, reliability, and specs of the V40. Jeff helped us get new phones and got us on a TMobile plan with the same features as the Sprint plan and still lowered the monthly cost. It was excellent, we are paying a little bit less each month and have 4 new phones!

I walked inside the store and the staff were all having a what sounded like a great conversation, after I walked around for about 5 seconds they greeted me and asked how they could help. I am a very direct shopper, I pointed to what I wanted to buy and an associate immediately went to the back to grab the item, no questions asked by the staff. I appreciated that. I however had a couple questions for them, so the associate answered all my questions and gave me his business card if I have future question. The purchase was quick and easy. The costumer service was excellent, not very often does a store associate care enough give you their business card if you have questions. This is a good store.

They could have used a few more employees but the wait was not too long. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the plans and products and offered honest responses to our questions. If there was a product that was not so great, he let us know and why. There was a discrepancy between what I was quoted on chat versus what I was quoted in the store, but he made it right. So far, the service has been very reliable and I am enjoying the added benefits that I get: hot spot and streaming!

I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.

I was impressed because there are businesses that would've took advantage and just replaced the screen anyway without telling me it wasn't necessary. I got a new screen protector, case and great customer service. I will return.
