We were having an awful time trying to get clear answers on prices using the online chat feature. My mother-in-law asked me to schedule and appointment. I made one in person. When it was time for the appointment they said this location didn't make appointments, but the person in charge honored it anyway and helped us out. We were getting 4 phones replaced because TMobile wasn't going to support our Sprint phones anymore (I still like my LG V40 it is a solid phone). It was difficult finding a reasonably priced phone that matched the durability, reliability, and specs of the V40. Jeff helped us get new phones and got us on a TMobile plan with the same features as the Sprint plan and still lowered the monthly cost. It was excellent, we are paying a little bit less each month and have 4 new phones! read more

I was a former Sprint customer and have been notified for a while that my Samsung Android phone with 3G will no longer be supported in January 2022. The new phone should 5G. There was promotion to upgrade to an I-phone 13 for free. I mad an appointment at the Easton Ohio T-Mobile store. The Easton store was out of the I-phone 13. They suggested an I-phone 12 and a $500 with a trade in. I was OK with that. There would be an outstanding balance around $225. They supplied a USPS slip to return the old phone for a device credit. The device was received . No credit was applied for the old device (phone). I do not like the way promotion for the I-phone 13 was advertised and I ended up with balance of $700. I've called customer service 3 times to apply a credit for the old device. Otherwise I would want the old device returned. The I-phone 12 itself is fine. Be careful with the T-Mobile contracts. I'm giving this store a three mostly because of past experience, if I were to rate on my visit today they would get a 1. Most of the time the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help, displays are working and everything runs smooth. Today the only worker available (not helping others) seemed like she couldn't be bothered, which is a problem because all of the phones on the displays had dead batteries. So basically I couldn't be bothered to drop my hard earned cash in store. read more
