This place is amazing. So my phone screen shattered and I ended up looking up places to repair it on Groupon. I found We Can Fix It and ended up calling to make sure I could use the Groupon. I was told that I could only use the deal during the week, so I made an appointment to come in on Tuesday of the following week. It's a little tricky to place this place as there are so many little plazas in the one area where this is located. I called and Chad gave me precise instructions about how to get there from my location. I got there, another man told me it'd be about 45 minutes to an hour, so I left it there, ran some errands then picked it up. It looked amazing. You do have to pay taxes on the service received but it shouldn't be very much. Before handing the phone back to me, Chad informed me that there was some water damage done to the phone and that it would need to be fixed. I asked him how much they charged to remove water damage and restore the phone and he said $99. That's a great deal and I'll be back to get that done some other time. read more

Had 2 cracked iPhone screens (One for adult, for teen) repaired in March 2022 at the same time. By June 2022 screens on both phones responded poorly to touch, requiring greater pressure to swipe, tap, tap-hold and actuate. By August 2022, both screens had fractured (UNDER the top glass layers) from tapping and touching. Even though they fractured under completely different use cases by completely different people. Phones were taken together for replacement in early September 2022. Presented them to the owner/manager, who was immediately argumentative and dismissive. Was with my teen, he was rude to her. Said both phones "must have been dropped". Said his "lifetime" warranty was not available for broken screens, but could not produce the lifetime warranty with the exception. When confronted with the facts, this person admitted the screens are cheap for a reason "from China", and that I should understand. He replaced both screens (In less than 20 minutes, he did a test call to my phone I have the record of it) and then charged full price again ($129/ea + tax) for the replacements. Without asking, he stuck on polymer screen protectors we did not want and insisted they were "tempered glass" (and a $40 value!) which is what we should take instead of a discount or a free replacement as the warranty promised. These cheapo screen protectors continue to make touching and tapping on the new screens difficult, FYI. One was not put on straight. I had brought my receipt from March to show I had paid in full very recently, and he ripped up my receipt and disposed of it. I had to challenge him to get my receipt out of the trash. Then he tried to make me sign a new receipt which of course did not need to be signed, nor did the prior one. He then said if I still remain unsatisfied, he could take out the new screens and put the broken ones in and I could go someplace else! This store based on prior reviews and my recent experience seems to have a history of shoddy workmanship, poor respect for the customer, and inferior quality parts. I witnessed these things personally. I am respectfully posting this as a warning to the community, that based on what I saw (and similar reviews going back 7 years on Yelp and BBB) there is no hope that this behavior will change while this business remains open. I needed them to replace the glass on my rear camera. The piece of glass they used is cloudy and now my camera won't zoom and all my photos are terrible and blurry. My front screen was in mint condition when I left my phone. They returned it with more than 10 scratches. They denied responsibility for this, which is maddening. Compounding the pain of cracking my cell phone screen, I had the excruciating experience of dealing with We Can Fix It and its manager, Chad Tucker, in particular. Unfortunately I had cracked my screen while on vacation and had contacted We Can Fix It to see if they could in fact fix it when I returned. They confirmed that it would take about an hour to repair the screen for my particular phone and that they would be open at noon on the Sunday when I returned. Not wasting any time, I headed straight to their store at noon on Sunday to find the door locked and lights off. I called the store, but no one answered. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to run some other errands before returning. When I went back at 2, they were open and didn't apologize for the inconvenience of not opening on schedule. Apparently they open whenever they can despite the hours posted on their door. Furthermore, they let me know that their supplier for my screen was not open on Sunday, so they would not be able to repair my phone until Monday. I paid a deposit for the screen and agreed that I would return the next day during lunch at around noon to have it repaired while I had lunch. When I went back the next day at 11:45, they had the replacement screen and Chad informed me that my phone would not be ready until 3:30. He did not seem to care that this was now my third trip to his store and that I had scheduled my entire day on Monday such that I could wait an hour to have it fixed. Thoroughly frustrated I asked that he refund the deposit, so I could go elsewhere for the repair service. He readily agreed to refund the money but repeatedly barked at me to sit down while he got it. When I continued to stand at the counter waiting for my refund, he stood and stared down at me in a threatening way. After several minutes of this staredown, he finally handed me the refund. The good news of this entire story is that he actually saved me several hours and lots of money. A Google search revealed that a company called Lifeline was only a short drive away. They were able to replace my screen in an hour for 25% less in cost! Also, they provide a 120-day warranty on the repair. If you should find yourself in need of a screen replacement, I highly recommend that you avoid Chad Tucker and call Kestas at Lifeline. read more

I first requested a quote for my issue using the Yelp app, and I was quoted $40 for a simple volume button fix (as long as the part didnt need to be replaced). I brought my phone in, and they were able to fix the button, but ended up charging me $60 since the issue was related to the frame of the phone. Knocking off three stars for the mis-matched pricing, but the phone is working normally, which is what i needed. So i'd recommend them.
