I came into the Bedford, NH T-Mobile store today intending to switch my line from Verizon. Unfortunately, I was told multiple times--by both staff and a manager--that they would not help me and that I had to do everything online. No solutions were offered, no explanation beyond "store policy," and no effort was made to assist. When I asked reasonable questions and requested contact information for a higher-level manager, that was refused as well. The situation escalated unnecessarily when I was told the police would be called simply because I wanted help as a customer. That was surprising and disappointing. Ironically, while I was being turned away, other customers were being assisted with phone sales. The message was pretty clear: if you're not buying a device, don't expect service. If this store is unable or unwilling to help customers switch carriers, that should be made clear upfront. I won't be returning read more

The people there are rude they don't know much about.There doors are locked for lunch.They don't ever have product .They give you false info and do t give them your phone number cause they messed with mine then said to take it to apple .It was worst then what I brought there for read more

I've been a customer for 17yrs. This store manager was very unethical and I would caution many users to NOT shop here. This is NOT a corporate store. They have very deceptive business practices and I felt very uneasy being here. Let's just start out by saying, I ALWAYS have an EXTREMELY low bar for expectation at cellular stores, because, let's face it, this industry is the absolute worst when it comes to simple and quick transactions... I didn't set that bar low enough for this store! Came in one day to place an order for a new phone, we spoke with Jonathan (who we later found out was the manager). He looked at our phones and made the recommendation that we wait till the following Friday when the new IPhones come out. He explained to us the store would be open at 8am for pre orders that Friday and he explained that if we placed our orders early, it would be among the first filled (one would imagine a manager would know how this works, right? Again, lower that bar!!!!) Came on Friday morning and placed our order. Was told we would get an email when the order was shipping and they were filling orders the next Friday (remember, this manager told me our phone should be among the first filled). Five days past the initial shipments, I called to make inquiry (hadn't gotten my email yet). The manager said he would look into it, I called back again only to be told he couldn't figure anything out. He acknowledged he had already filled some orders but had no idea when mine might come in. (Remember he said the earlier I placed the order... guess not). Ultimately, I learned no order was ever submitted. The manager said he had no idea how that happened and told me I could wait till he got a supply of them and buy directly from him (because I wanted to make three trips to stay his customer). If there were zero stars I would give zero stars. The staffing at this store is sub-par. No one can help me with my issue. Told to return the following day when a manager can be there to help. Tell me to come at a specific time. Manager isn't there again. Don't give these people your money. Go to another t-mobile store. read more

I had got a new iPhone 14 that's eSIM only. I had a 13 pro that I was using with a SIM card through straight talk. I wanted above all to keep my phone number and Deja at the Bedford store made it happen for me! Even after already having set up the account with someone online, she spent a good hour patiently helping me, even while I had to contact straight talk. Because of her help I am able to enjoy my new iPhone with my old number now on eSIM. I am one who is big on customer service and she hit every point. I am a new happy T-Mobile customer getting better customer and cellular service and that to me is worth paying a little more for! Thank you again Deja and T-mobile!! read more

When I signed up to T-Mobile I was told that a new offer was available. It was supposed to allow me to trade in my phones to get a big enough credit to get a brand new phone for each phone I traded in. I asked the salesman 3 times if there would be any cost to me (including installment plans). Each time he replied "NO YOU WILL NOT PAY ANY MONEY FOR THE NEW PHONE" Well guess what. My bill is supposed to be 120.00 as advertised by T-Mobile, but it is 135.84. When I inquire with T-Mobile they stated that I would have to settle the cost of the phones with the T-Mobile Store I got the phones from. The store's response waz basically that there must have been some confusion with communications. They would not do anything to help. And to make thing worse we did not need new phones. We only got the new phones because it was not going to cost us any extra money or add to our bill. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS T-MOBILE STORE FOR YOUR T-MOBILE NEEDS.
