My son took it to Apple Store in San Francisco to see what's going on with it. According to the guys at the Apple Store, NOTHING WAS DONE and the computer is not repaired. They basically took advantage of a young, naive college student. What a scam! Do not under any circumstances go here for your repairs. Go to the manufacturer no matter how inconvenient. We tried calling the store and attempting to give them a chance to fix the issue or give us a refund (per the Apple Store suggestion) and they blew us off. I'm including photos of the "fixed" item to show nothing was done. The laptop was mailed back so all this was discovered after delivery. Shame on these scammers.

I was sold a used, unlocked iPhone 16 Pro from their display case for $850 cash (they do not accept credit cards), based on the representation that the phone was fully functional and suitable for normal use. Within hours, the phone showed serious defects, including failure to charge properly and rapid battery drain. I returned to the store within 22 hours (January 8, 2026) to return the phone and request a refund. The staff refused to refund me and claimed--without evidence--that I had damaged the phone. A partial refund was briefly offered and then withdrawn after a heated confrontation, which I recorded. I clearly stated that I did not consent to repairs and did not want a newly purchased phone to require fixing. I requested only a refund. Law enforcement was present to document the refusal to refund a defective product. I have since sent a formal demand letter requesting a refund and have received no response. I am now preparing to pursue this matter in small claims court. I paid $850 cash for a phone that did not work, lost my trade-in phone, and was forced to purchase a replacement elsewhere just to be able to work. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

All of us required a transaction that required a person. So we just waited. Huge props to the employee who dealt with the difficult client- his patience and customer service was stellar. The employee or manager who left a line out the door while her coworkers were clearly busy and not able to assist the line not cool. When helping me with notary work, Miguel was obnoxious and aggressive with another customer we were with. I had to tell him to calm down, and that we are all just trying to get documents notarized. The air of superiority from these two notaries was incredible, and their rude, aggressive approach to customer service has been documented several times on yelp in the past. It was a disgrace to UPS. To the business owner: please check your cameras to review their behavior and take corrective action to prevent others from having to go through that. So I brought the PC to him and Adam determined that the motherboard was ruined. It was an older PC, so rather than put in a new motherboard, he recommended I purchase a refurbished one with a warranty for the same price. Adam transferred all the data and applications from the old PC to the "new" refurbished one, and it has been working fine ever since. (It's been a year now -- I know, I'm very late writing up this review.) I was very impressed with the manner in which Adam treated me -- he explained everything very clearly and never talked down to me.
